Karl, you took 10 years off yourself with just this last procedure alone, which had far less grafts than the previous two procedures! The added density, temple points, and widow's peak are just killer mate! Top tier, next level result, even if you stopped improving today. Top 5 hair transplant ever done by any clinic anywhere in the world. Can't say enough how jaw dropping your transformation has been brother! 👏🫨😲

Thanks Bro ..you’ve been my wingman all along this journey since 2020 ..

I’ll be forever grateful to you

  2. Hi Guys

5 Months today and really happy how things are coming along with further thickening and maturing in the temples ,side part and crown areas …also the widows peak is firmly on show which is great ..I’ve just been to the barber so the pics have no product on Board except for a barber blow dry

I will say I’m having to re asses my relationship with oral minoxidil..I’ve been having regular palpitations at night while trying to get off to sleep ..i take regular saunas maybe 2 or 3 a week not sure if this has been contributing or not .

last week I reduced the dose to 1.25mg and switched to nighttime use from morning time which appears to be helping …it will frustrate me if I have to stop as I put it  top of my list of hair loss meds.

    Roll on the summer …

Hi Karl mate, truly exceptional story and your before and afters are like two completely different people! Madness 😂 fairplay!

One thing I've seen over and over that I've got to ask is, everyone I've seen who has had a H/T wears their hair up like a quiff style so to speak, is there a reason for that?

Is it possible to sport a fringe if you wanted to or would it mess up something?

    All the best, Mike.

Thanks Mike..i think you’ll find once you’ve gained back a hairline most people want to show it off somewhat with a youthful flick or sweep back of sorts …I’ll almost guarantee you won’t want to sport a fringe once you proceed with a HT..

To have the king praise me is a good day indeed, I came into this game on a whim and then regretted it there after, nowadays its about getting to something I can be happy with when I look in the mirror, I never minded seeing my bald head as I have always liked I after it got over the shock when losing it so young, but now its a different one with this, but maybe it will bring benefits off the back of it and allow me to grow my hair, who knows, but I am glad for peeps like yourself sharing great and real updates with real life photos and showing what a hair transplant is, thanks man

    🤜🤛

They do, after my first one I got told not to use clippers for 3 months, but for the life of me I don't know why, I can only think its to stop infections, as the skin is still healing in general and they running clippers over it could irritate and maybe cause problems? thats the only thing I can think of? but I did it on my first two no worries and just going to carry on the same this time, I have seen many others do the same thing too

You’re on the money Stewie no problem at all buzzing down a couple of weeks after procedure …this  scissor only cut for a few months protocol is a joke ..you’re in great shape mate

Have your hair colored by a high-end colorist & lock in a new look to go w/your evolving 2nd hair-restoration surgery.  You are in top shape (imho) & young enough - it will finish your look.

Take it from someone in the biz...

It is PRIME TIME to go for it.

Looking amazing as always @Zoomster, do you have any product in your hair in the above pics to tame the hairy situation? Like sea salt or some other spray?

@ZeeMan…cheers mate ..sea salt spray in all the pics save for the 2 pics indoor to show the temple points …I added some cutting crew styling paste which is actually yuk….not recommended …stick with magic sea salt spray for extra hold out and about ..

No fibres we’re added for this commercial 😉🥂

@Zoomster once again I am truly blown away! This time because I'm only 18 grafts behind you! 🤣😉 But on a serious note I am blown away by how full your results look (as well as incredibly natural) and at only just at the four month mark!!!!! You are now at the doorway of even more incredible growth ahead of you for the many months ahead. Your donor is just remarkable in how it has bounced back from only a couple of months ago. When I look at the crown, the hairline and everything in between you have to be rocking some serious bro science steroid stem cell hair pill. Extremely delighted for you mate and I look forward to things only getting even better from here!!! 💯🤩👌

Thanks a million Adrian …you’ve always been a pillar of support …keep those updates coming

  9. 4 month update

Well folks. ..another month goes by and more improvement Im glad to report ..the subtle  touch ups have made a real difference with the temple points and widows peak continuing to improve and strengthen up ..its all very exciting as at 4 months the party is really only starting .. I’m attaching a breakdown of the total graft counts over the 3 procedures for those that are interested .

Been some journey that’s for sure ..and am so glad that I finally made the decision to pull the trigger and go get on that plane .

Wishing you all luck in your research and procedures to come .

    Karl

Can anyone recommend a cream they used for donor area? I’ve still got redness and would like to try assist in recovery

Hey looking well mate …you won’t go wrong with either avocado oil or organic aloe Vera gel to help sooth and assist donor recovery ..no point judging a donor site recovery until at least 3 months in my opinion. ..you’ll cause yourself needless angst evaluating donor before this time ..something I’ve been guilty of also .

    good luck with everything..
