    Melvin said he did his homework. Wonder how. I paid the visit with him and he was a nice and kind person but..is this enough to be reccomaned here? I've been searching on this guy for days, just a single case on recuperarelpelo (the Spanish forum). A doctor from madrid and just one single case? Many on that forum asked "who is he?" For sure he can ne the best doctor on the planet but there is no proof of that.

    I really like @Dr. Espinosa Custodio work and this is why I choose him over others. I think that all his cases are good/excellent. That said, I would like to know what happened with this patient. The density is great (especially considering the number of graft he used). But (hope to be wrong) there are a lot of multi grafts on the first line and the singles are very thick (single, thin hair should be used in the transition zone). Wonder why he thought it is a good Ht and why he thought he was good for "publication". Thanks

    I really like his works, but the hairline design is straight, no curvatures. It is an unnatural design. I like it but it is hard to say he is the best for HL.

    in same cases, the diagnosis can be easy, and can be made extracting a couple of graft or simply looking at your scalp. In other cases, the doc could need a biopsy.

    I read a lot of guys claiming that the growth after a second HT was faster. I asked to doc Custodio in person if it is a myth and he said that in many case is true.

    many people won't agree with me, but is always a doc's fault if the HT is not good. a) the doc made a wrong diagnosis (he considered you a good candidate while you are not). b) the doc made something wrong during the execution of the ht. Tertium non datur

    very natural. If I was you, I asked for a lower HL. It is just a matter of taste in any case.

    Bicer has two prices: if you go for motorized punch, it is 3euro FU If you opt for manual, the price is 4. Custodio uses only motorized and the price is 3 shaved and 3.5 semi-shaved.

    My choice was between Bicer and Custodio. I choose Custodio. The good things for Bicer were: a) manual punch b) quickly available c) a lot of works on this forum The good things for Custodio were: a) I really like him b) I love the 90% of his works on instagram My only concern is that I never saw a review/report from customers. As we know, instagram post from the clinics are cherry picking...So often they do not reflect the average work of the doctor. I will be the guinea pig for the community. Crossed fingers!

    This work shows how much temporal peaks matter! Your face looks "smaller" (in a good way) and you have a better frame to your eyes. I love rounded HL, If I was you, I asked for a "flatter" frontal hairline. But it is just a matter of taste

    Thank you. I think it is shocking that Couto treated a such big are with a such small amount of grafts. Couto Charges more than others for single grafts but he is so skilled and uses such a small amputa of grafts, that you pay less with couto than with other, less famous docs. Did you wait about 2 yrs to get your HT?

    I think that Melvin is right. oral minxodil + minoxidil 15%+duta injections+fina+ dermoroller + prp and I think u will keep (or improve) your hair for years

    I would love taking 1.25 but ufortunately I can't break the pill. At the moment, I'm at 2.5 every other day and I have puffy face, periorbital edema and forehead wrinkles. It is like I am 10 yrs older.... some docs suggest to use spironolactone (50) to avoid puffiness (speciale bonus: spiro acts like a mild antiandrogen). Maybe I'll give a try

    FOR THE RECORD: Ferreira saved me. I sent my pics and the dermoscopic images to Ferreira while I was in Ankara. He was kind enough to reply to my email and gave me a diagnosis for free!!!! He said that my donor was ok, I have short but healthy grafts (while pekiner said that I had retrograde alopecia) so he said that I had no problem to get an HT. In any case, he said to wait some months to go to Lisbon, because I was shaved and he was not able to give me the best hairline design with a shaved head.

    face is not perfectly symmetrical. Sometimes a little asymmetry makes the look more natural. In any case, if your hair are not on your frontalis muscle, I would lower the other side.

    I agree. 50% of the result is not equale to 50% of the price. If you give me a car with 2 wheels, it is a completely useless car, not a car that I can use at 50%. A bad tranpalnt, where you get 50% growth is a disaster. You go from bold to odd.

    I had my first contact with @Dr. Espinosa Custodio. He is amazing. I can say that it is the best online consultation I've ever had. Hope he will take me as his patient.

    @EvansLawrence He said that he could implant that FU, but the result would be "no growth". I am not the only case in 2019/2020. There is another guy from china that had the same experience. I think that from then, he is asking more exams to avoid this issue. PS: in any case, he was wrong. I got my HT 5 days later at HLC (they were kind enough to get me there in a such short period of time) at the result was great.
