Usually at Asmed they make mega sessions. Probably this is why they rejected you. Maybe your donor is not big enough to cover all your bald area but is good enough to cover the front scalp.

Finally, after one year, I got the pics from the clinic, so I can open my official thread. I started to take care of my hair in sept 2017. After one year I had very good results(first two pics) but my temples were empty. So, in sep 2019 I decided to get a new hairline and I planned my HT for Jen 2020. As many of you know, I went to Ankara because I booked my Ht with Kaan Pekiner (you can see his extraction in my pre op pic) After about 200 extractions, Pekner aborted the Op because he thought that I wasn't a good candidat, that my donor was poor because I had a lot of miniaturized hair and my HT would turn into a "patchy effect". Because I was in Ankara, I went to HLC, asked for a consultation. I talked with all the doctors tighter, explained my story and Dr Elif tested my donor. she kindly extracted 6 FUs and implanted amping my natives (you can see a small scar in my pre op pic), caressed my shoulder and said I was ok. She explained me that my FU weren't miniaturized but were just...short! You can't image how important that caress was for me in that (very stressing), moment. The clinic was full booked but dr Ozgur was kind enough to find a place for me. We had a very long conversation and he cheered me up. He said that he sees hundreds of guys every year and I was a good candidate. HLC's response made me happy but, as you can image, I was quite scared to get the patchy effect so I went for a conservative hairline design. HLC designed a 2000 grafts hairline, putting a lot of grafts among my native to increase density. The op lasted two days. the first day (afternoon only) they implanted 800 grafts. the second day (morning and afternoon) they implanted 1200 grafts. Dr Ozgur personally made the extraction in day one. Dr Ali made all the implantations and the extractions in day 2. I suppose that Dr Ogzur wanted to be sure about my donor. Considering that my native hair have a good covering effect, right after the hair transplant a lot of people said "hey man...you need an HT", because my temples were more visible than before! The first three months I looked like shit: I experimented a very aggressive shock loss but, thanks to get, my ugly duckling phase occurred during the first lockdown so I was closed at home. At months 4 everything changed: the lowered HL and the increased density totally transformed my appearance. For the record: I never stopped fina, never stopped liquid minoxidil and nizoral (except the first month after the procedure) and I started oral minoxidil. I stopped PRP that I used to do in the past because the clinic was closed while I used derma rolling and actor oil. For the first 4 months I had serenoa + vitamins and I used a (quite expensive) product called Annurkap that I suppose gave to my hair a very shining effect. I add two before (2017) and after pics (2020) to see the total progression (medications + HT after 4 month)

In my case they calculated 50/cm2. i think it was too much

the hair angle refers to the anterior-posterior angle of the hair graft, i.e., how much tilt upward or downward the hair graft is situated vis-à-vis the scalp. The hair direction refers to the lateral side to side rotation to which the hair points, i.e., whether it aims toward the left or toward the right and how much it does so. Pick your problem.

Angles and direction are not the same thing. what are you worried about?

If you have problems with both ht and fina, i think your only option is mach3 gillet.

where are you from?

I use both and had amazing results. There is not reason to avoid the mix. I had 3,75 oral and 6 ml at 5% topical at night.

I took a similar choice (but I had more hairs than you lol) and my mother said "hairs make appear everybody nicer...get your HT!" now I'm super happy...

it is very boring to see you "cutting" and "changing" other people's statements just to say the final word. If it makes you happy..deal with it. Just do it somewhere else, please.

Luckily you speak for yourself and not for every exepienced user because (thanks god!) i usually read smarter things from the other guys. Ht is a tech procedure. Stop. The final result is not only a tech process. When we see post op pics, we can say if the doc made a good job or not. The hairline, especially when it is NOT conservative, is just a matter of proper design and proper design is not an “artistic work” but a technical topic that can be appreciate after ht. And in fact, I never said that. I said that the quality of the work done can be evaluated regardless the final growth. And if fact, I never said that. It is funny (and pathetic at the same time) you quoted me while I never said that and not even used the word "density" in any of my previous post.

You should know that An ht is a technical process and it can be evulated regardless the final growth. The hairline design is close to perfection I’m suprided to see how how much couto lowered his hl and went among bald spots using a very little amout of grafts and not letting any space between native and transplanted hairs.

my question is: how long did you wait to get the HT?

I contacted Engin for months. Every time he promised to send me my pics but I got nothing. I a-mailed the clinic but...same thing!

What about post op care? me and my friends didn’t get any support from hlc. We were disperated! i’m still waiting my pics from the clinic.

5mg is the standard dose for castration. 5mg is used in patients with severe prostate problems. please, stop giving meaningless advice (especially considering they are not bavked from any evidence) because it can be very harmful.

I asked the clinic to send me my pics. As I wrote, their post op care is very poor. They never sent me anything!
