Yes that is consistent with what to expect.
For sure it is a lot of money.... expensive? Well, it depends. When you want results and you go to one of the best, then you have to pay for that... I wouldn't be able to pay for that but if I was going to be a NW 6 and had the money, Dr Zarev would be in my list.

2 months. Ugly duckling is hitting hard. I am worried about a couple areas but need to be patient to see what areas get good growth.
Cant tell how much of the donor thinning is the hairs extracted versus shock loss. Again, I just need to wait.
Anyone have luck with fibers? I’m waaay to think to try fibers now but have a beach vacation in 1.5 months and might try them there. Could it affect new growth?
Really ugly phase... but all this will end up being worth the wait... tic tac tic tac... new hair in on its way

Wow, wow wow... such a beautiful new hairline... Impressive... It is so natural and so perfect that it could be even better than your original hairline back then in your twenties! Congratulations.

I pass photos of the first washes
here from the first 8 days with the scabs almost fallen
without scabs I don't remember if they fell off after 8 days etc.
15 days from the operation
2 months and first cut on the sides
3 months and 5 days
depending on the light it looks better or worse but it is true that I am noticing some density myself and new hairs growing.
I will upload more photos in 4 months guysHow was the final result? It's over 1 year now, could you update please?

@BaldingEye@TorontoMan unfortunately I do not have pre second surgery pics that clearly show the situation: this is because I wore my hair forward in a way that would conceal the situation after my first procedure.
Overall I am feeling well, trying not to think about it and waiting for the shedding and ugly duckling phase to start (saw several shafts today during the shower)
I am slightly concerned as I still feel some pain in the recipient/donor, but I figure it it fairly normal at 3 weeks post op.
Does anyone know if it is ok to go for (non-challenging) walks within the first 24/48 hours after surgery? I did so to increase blood circulation, but now I question my decision.
How is that pain going... 3 weeks is still early and I guess it all depends on the case, some barely mention that and others like you have it for months... how is it now? How is all looking? Donor?
And about the walks, I never read anything about them not being a good thing, I would say they are even good and will help you relax.

Great result... that combo HT with PRP is trending now... I am pretty sure most clinics will offer this service within their clinic... How are prices for PRP?
Congratulations on a top result.

In just one Hair Transplant, and he is done with his alopecia? Just incredible. Wow wow wow.

Hello everyone, I'm now 3 months post-op - I'm satisfied with the course so far, and I haven't had any complaints so far 👍 I've attached pictures in daylight and in the bathroom. Forgive me for the dirty mirror 😂 Was at the hairdresser the day before yesterday, sides were trimmed to 2 mm - I'm curious about your opinions 😃 Will probably only upload pictures again at 6 months post op. Greetings and stay healthy!🤙
Looking good, that new hairline already showing up.

1 month. The shed has started. I reckon 30%-40% of transplanted hairs have fallen out. Also, my shock loss is significant. Maybe 30-40%. But it’s a long game. I’m 8 months from my second surgery, maybe 16-18 months from final result. Thankfully I work from home so I’ve just been wearing hats. Also told my few coworkers so it wouldn’t be weird.
The ugliest phase after a HT, it's also crazy to see these photos and then compare them with the final result.

This is looking amazing at this point... I used to see the 2nd HT done after at least 6 months but you did it with just 4 months, wow... Gonna be a crazy result.
Maybe Admin should change TOTAL grafts, since it is now Frontal 6095 + Crown 4.919 = 11.014 grafts
8 months results. Are they on track.
