Not too long ago HT were synonymous of pluggy doll hair. Now dudes are show boating freaking johnny bravo hairstyles with a confidence lol, way to go

One of the BEST results I have ever seen on the Internet. Period.

This is what everyone of us dream when we are thinking about a successful hair transplant. Hopefully I will get a result like this when my time comes in a few years... Freitas for sure is already on my list of amazing surgeons!

The design looks just as perfect as it could be and the procedure looks so clean. And, as you mention, it's not an easy one with your diffuse alopecia... also, many clinics would have done this is one day, compromising your graft survival rate so it's great you chose Couto as he seems to be one of the best if not the best on survival rates.

Please, could you share your experience during those 2 days? Was just you or there were more patients?

Thanks for sharing... looking forward to your updates : )

    Hello,

I’m 30 years old and have been on Fin and Minox for two years. However, Minox use has been inconsistent.

Hairline has continued to creep back, although slowly and after a recent bout with Covid, I had a lot of shed but that has subsided. The hair loss is mostly to the front and temple area.

I’m looking for a conservative HT, that moves the HL up slightly and fills temples. Dr. Nadimi said about 1500 grafts is what I would require. Although I still need to have my consolation.

Based on that info, do you believe me to be a good candidate?

my two main concerns are 1.) my hairline continues to recede and I’m stuck with a hairline with no native behind it requiring another surgery. It’s not so much the requirement of another surgery but how it looks in between the two. 2. Living day to day life the 8-12 months it grows out. Steps I could take to hide the HT even though it’s on the hairline?

Any feedback or advice would be greatly appreciated. CF3DDA7A-B336-4B57-AEA0-9D39338CCC76.thumb.jpeg.74fbd3fd529cd498a92330eb1ff56ccb.jpegCE4A123D-4C94-48E0-8138-F4D51652B146.thumb.jpeg.3b2f55ecb1ce9874cd17cab6716cd9bb.jpeg6BC8C66B-6443-4939-9268-34BF472ABCAE.thumb.jpeg.b46e5af78ee459704304bfee0e3e93bb.jpeg

Man, many of us would kill to have that kind of hair you have... however, could you share some donor area photos?
Also, the photos are indoor and a bit dark, any chance you could share outdoor photos?

I feel like you have every right to be slightly upset at this point.

it looks like in the pre pictures you sweep your hair forward to hide the recession.

Seems you have natural thickness and strong middle to hide it. I have the sane situation. It was only once I cut my hair short did my spouse and family realize I was balding significantly.

in the post pictures it seems you have confidence to not mask it and it looks better but given the cost and the surgery... not a home run yet.

lets hope you’re just one of those slower to grow individuals.

    Totally agree here with Curlinginthesquatrack

What are your impressions at this moment? It looks there is still something missing but it´s true you have at least 6 more months to go.

But are you noticing a big change? At this point, has it improved as you expected?

Please, keep on posting and best of luck ; )

    Gatsu,

My friend, what an amazing result!!!

One question, how come did Dr Kesser leave you with so many white dots? In the pre-photos I could see the scaring was very noticeable.

How do you feel right now with ... sooo much hair up there? 🤩 Just superb work by Lupanzula. What´s unbelievable is that you still have another 2000-3000 thousand grafts left for the future ... so jealous!!!

    Enjoy the new look 😉

    11 months!

Hey guys and gals! Well nearly a whole year has passed since I had my transplant.
Currently keeping the length on top and shaving the sides every 3 weeks or so. I'm going to be growing it longer and longer and who knows....maybe get myself an man bun haha!

I'm VERY happy, I think if I was to do a 2nd pass at it I would want to adjust the hairline a little on the sides, but overall I am amazed just how different I feel in myself.  Again for reference I've attached the 10 month comparison.

    Just ... AMAZING!!!

Congratulations!!! You must be super happy!

    Thanks for sharing ; )

    Hi Bill!

I sure will be posting updates regularly :)

Wish I could skip ahead to the next 6-12 months to some lush locks and not think about the wind messing up my hair haha!

I thought I got lucky with missing the swelling of my head...until wife and I cut the band off...we both laughed so hard!! I think that photo explains itself! ??

The other photos are from today (3-4) days post. With the time zone difference it's closer to 4 days. Still swollen but looking much better. I took pictures of the donor area with and without the flash...my wife pointed out the white string too haha! Just started biotin 1000mg and a B-complex as Biotin usually causes me to breakout with terrible acne, after doing some research its due to an off ratio of B-5.

I've been wearing the loose fitting cap given after surgery religiously when outside and no-one has been the wiser that I've had a transplant. I've certainly felt the pressure pains and also the tightness across the entire head. The first day or so it was rather painful to raise my eyebrows! But that's now subsided. I am likely going to drive myself crazy as I keep checking my head every time I walk past a mirror. Not looking forward to the shed and ugly duckling phase!!

This is the BEST photo of the whole case 🤯 wowww!!!
