  1. There's a forum called immortalhair that touches thoroughly on this topic and has the research to back up these claims..Yes diet plays a big part in MPB if people want to believe it or not on this forum. The perfect diet can eliminate MPB. But that's easier said than done. Our diet can have a major impact on our genetic predisposition to MPB. Foods can increase inflammation, oxidative stress, free radicals, insulin levels, increase dht or estrogen in the body. The right foods can also do the opposite. I mentioned this before but Japan is the healthiest nation in the world and also experiences the lowest MPB rate.. What is funny is that MPB increased in their country though after WW2 when the western diet was introduced to them. The western diet is definitely one of the worst things for those vulnerable to MPB..Even cleaning up your diet a little would help.
  2. It seems some of you are jumping the gun on this real early.
  3. There's nothing wrong with the site. Its people voicing their experiences on Propecia on the forums. It also contains doctors blogs voicing their opinions and what they have seen from the use of Propecia with their patients.
  4. Found US distributor for this product. No more jumping through loops to get it. $90 dollars at the site
  5. No..The laser diodes in it simply aren't that strong nor enough of them.
  6. I'm sorry OP but you got ripped off big time. You could have gotten that all done at the fraction of the price. Someone I know can make POWERFUL effective laser helmets for far less. Just as good if not better than the clinic ones..And is a one time purchase. The laser comb is also a ripoff. Made of cheap plastic and isn't powerful enough to do anything. Lasers are effective but they have to be strong enough. As for cleaning your follicles and hair there are also cheaper ways for that to.
  7. JJ said enough. So I don't need to say anything.. If you continue to take propecia later on it might be a good idea to take DIM with it. That will help deal with excess estrogen.
  8. I'm not gonna get into all of it. But its asinine if you actually think vegan diets are 100% healthy. But like I said for a vegan diet to work you need to supplement ALOT. Low in omegas 3s, Iron, L-Taurine, Zinc, B12. It can also lead to a copper-zinc imbalance . Its extremely unhealthy for pregnant women and developing Children. It has its benefit. But it cant completely replace meat let alone achieve the satiety that meat has on people.
  9. You should order some Juveline and terminals 1. I'm not on minox or propecia but that stuff alone is causing all kinds of growth in the front for me. They may help boost those vellus hairs into terminals.
  10. Propecia with prolong use loses its effectiveness or reduced as one gets older. But not in all cases. It varies.
  11. A whole vegan diet isn't healthy...You need meat unless you are planning to supplement what you are not getting in that area. If you are suffering from MPB then you should absolutely be avoiding grains such as wheat and legumes. Fruit is overrated. Unless your ancestry regularly ate it. In other words it depends on your metabolic type if you should be eating fruit..Regardless it should be eaten in moderation. Not a whole bunch. But if you eat fruit eat it with a fiber-rich raw vegetable to offset the rise in bloodugar.
  12. You should try TRX2 when it comes out in place of Oral Minox. It should have a similar effect. Except that the product is specifically designed for hair. Then maybe add Topical minox and track your results!
  13. Informative. But I don't agree with a vegan diet.
  14. Apparently in conjunction with minox there is increased effectiveness
  15. Right when it spoke of potassium channels I knew it would have a similar effect that minox does.
  16. Not really. The only real cure for Androgenetic Alopecia would be gene therapy. You can grow regrow all the hair you want but you'll still have alopecia
  17. Home site..But right now it looks like its updating..Trx2 - Science of hair growth Blog is still up-http://www.trx2.com/blog/ It of course will be a year in January and that's when the product should be out
  18. This article is from 9 months ago. But relevant
  19. Not sure on the EMU. Mixed results. Some people respond well. Some don't. Its hit or miss
  20. thank you very much for your useful information swimmy . I am going to buy DMSO in gel form , and lithium orotate in powder form . thank you very much dude . take care MAY GOD BLESS YOU MORE AND MORE . Hey, i'm not sure on the DMSO gel. You'll probably just be better off with the liquid form..never tried the gel. So don't know how that's gonna work. Sometimes the solution can be too high for people with sensitive skin Per 8 oz bottle 1 tsp of DMSO liquid (99%). If you have sensitive skin use a 50 to 70% solution. 1 & 1/2 teaspoons to 2 teaspoons of crushed Lithium pills (or powder) Add to your choice of sls free shampoo
  21. Iherb.com. Is a good site. It contains lots of brands. However, you live in India so I'm not sure how international shipping is. This is where I get the DMSO Cocoon Nutrition - Scientific Breakthroughs for Radiant Health Lithium Beyond A Century, Inc.: Minerals But again not sure on international shipping It could take about a year on fin to see regrowth. You could try 5% minoxidil.Other than that there are experimental drugs and topicals out there that MAY give regrowth, who knows, and if you have the extra income. You could also try cheaper solutions like Emu oil. 3. yesterday due to much itching on my scalp, i bought Lobate cream (temovate(dermovate) generic chobetasol propionate) in the medical shop near my house ,i applied that in the morning and i washed my head with nizoral shampoo in evening, now to be honest , there is no itching on my scalp and i slept well yesterday with out any itching , so now shall i continue to apply this lobate cream(temovate(dermovate) generic chobetasol propionate) which i bought ? or shall i switch on to SLS free with DMSO liquid and lithium orotate ? .... thanks in advance swimmy . waiting for your reply Whatever works for you. The DMSO+ lithium orotate will be added to your shampoo and will replace nizoral. You can try and see what works and what doesn't..
