What angle did the doctor choose for your temple closures(point where your hairline meets the temple. South West, just south or south east And your donor look great with buzz even after all those graphs scarring is minimal in the pics. U remember what size punches you got

Fin didn't do much for me( maybe made my hair worse was on 10months, giving it another shot now tho post ht)minoxidil 1x day did so their hope even if fin didn't work minox still might

One theory imo about losing transplanted hair was that they took it from unsafe donor zone . Do you have pictures of donor area post op and are you on finasteride

Question Does how clean it looks post op or in the first 2 weeks = how it will be long term Can you get a good feel for it by that time or is it too early If the area already looks ruff and white dotty by that time do they get better over time Also we should add a section of what x patient did and see if theirs a Correlation that help minimise post op care scars . I.e slept completely upright first week or took hgh or kept donor bandaged for week. Washed 1x a day or 2x ect. Supplements

Donor looks alil better than before but still alil thin in some spots. Hopefully by 6th month all shock loss will be gone. Im going to see diep on 7th so keeping eye on his other cases like yours What size clipped for your sides a #1 guard?

I actually felt I was one of the few where my hair got worse on it so with no regrowth and worse than baseline 10months on why continue. I might give it another run when I get my ht tho. This time with minoxidil which for me has helped alil

Side affects overrated don't let that deter you i tried finansteride for a year and got sides. No more morning wood when I stopped it came back. So even if you happen to get a side most don't and it should be reversable when discountiue

I would think you should try finansteride for a year to see if you maintain on it or not because it affects your decision greatly now. Your worried about future loss of mid scalp and having two island if you get ht now you will be flying blind on if that occurs.or you can f it and deal with it if it happens the best way you can. I have no comment tho on fut or fue leave that to other posters

Great idea. theirs pics online but those are cherry picked cases as no doctor is going to put a bad one up on their site. i am really nerves myself because the trend is pale to fair skin and jet back hair+larger and larger punch=higher % chance of noticeable white dots. which i am. The main factors imo in order of magnitude is the punch size(smaller the better obv), the personal healing response, amount of graphs v donor density, then the skin color(darker/tanned better than fair/pale), then the hair color(jet black worse).

If you had the choice between them who does better work. 1.better hairline results 2.donor scarring results 3.even harvesting results 4.better results with least fue graphs 5. Hands on by the doctor 1.I feel like diep has better hairlines but asmed not far behind here 2. I feel like the post op donor pics are"cleaner"in asmed and as a result they usually less white dot affect but this could be wrong 3. I feel like asmed is more Methodical and technical so more even harvest esp keeping it more in the safe zone 4.this isn't close and diep somehow get the most results with least graphs used idk how it defies logic. Asmed always go for high amount of graphs above indusrty standards for whatever reason 5.diep is involved more in the process incisions and extractions than erodgan incisions but that's not to say the tech you get that day isn't as skilled as diep in the extractions These are my final choices so im perplexed and I have like a day or two to make a decision asmed can sneek me in around same time I have my diep operation Scheduled Diep has alot of happy customers and some unhappy as I been focusing on him in personal reviews I havnt seen any unhappy asmed reviews are they out their altho I am gonna look after this post. Thing is he has videos of cherry picked clients that have great healing response and small fue scars when buzzed much lower that op. He says he usually uses anywhere from .8 to 1 for extraction so idk what the deal is. He's highly recommended on this forum for his hairlinse but the donors and wild extraction patterns seem off. If you look at asmed donor area photos post op these guy holes look much smaller and have way more grafts harvested in tighter area.

Hey op any idea why he would harvest only on one side of ur head doesn't make since and seems like sloppy oversight. Also unless shock loss looks like he harvested all the way to your temple when most stop at ear. Concerning because I have operation with him coming up

I filled out the form last week no response like you. I then emailed both emails they have asking if they received my form and nothing. I tried to call the number and also nothing beeps like it busy or something.

I was cutting up proscar into four pieces so 1.25mg everyday. Anybody have any luck with topical anti androgens. Their has to be bunch people who had a transplant and arnt on anything and havnt lost too much more hair. According to surgeons 50/fu cm to the human eye looks full thats gotta be bs right. So if I had 3k grafts placed in my frontal 3rd 60/cm overall I could lose every hair in that area and be somewhat fine but I doubt that would be rhe case

I'm 33 years old and nw3.I know its wise to take propecia and I have tried it for 10 months before but I get sides from it(no morning wood,lower libido,lower erection strength and stamina,body not as hard) and I felt like my hair got worse on it. I already have naturally low dht(bs I'm still balding anyways) in the 20's. When I took propecia I had my dht tested and my dht was 7 which I theorize that's too low for my body to function well enuff. Now I'm trying it again past week and same shit is occurring. I had morning wood when off it and have noticed none so far. So I'm caught between rock and hard place. I want a transplant but I don't want to take finasteride.(I guess I could try lower dosage like 1mg every other day or something) I'm currently using minoxidil and s5 cream plus 1x a day. Any hair transplant patients out their that dont take finasteride. I hear its possible to naturally maintain your norwood like its programed to get to nwx then you stop progressing. Some people get to nw3 and 4 and kinda stop their with no medication supposedly Anyone here got any insight. Thanks
