  1. I never heard of a pill and if you happen to find one, I highly doubt it will do anything. Eating right is enough to reverse/prevent greying hair to a certain age though.
  2. I use gimp and krita myself. Not sure what all you want to do but I always look for the free ones. To me Gimp is the best free option for editing and krita is just good for drawing and detailing.
  3. Very nice car you got there! Did you have this since the year or did you buy it later on and keep it looking good? I would love to own a car from the 60's or 70's but they are hard to come by.
  4. Thanksgiving and Christmas are nearly here... Oh boy! I have all my shopping done for the most part. I hate waiting till the last minute to shop. Stores are packed and people are just annoying. As for thanksgiving, I will be going to my sister's house so no cooking for me!
  5. Good point. I never considered that. I have a cousin who is trans and has hair loss issues. I think she would appreciate it actually. Like seeing a section like this on here. Maybe she would join
  6. I read candida overgrowth can cause weight gain, hair loss, and all sorts of skin issues. I never got it checked out but I think it is an issue I have. What are some things that help it get under control that don't involve taking pills or medication?
  7. Stop drinking if you do (alcohol), eat better ie more vegetables and fruit, move more in general. I read you can lost weight by simple sitting less so do you sit alot at work maybe?
  8. Natural biotin is fine but if you take it in pill form it can actually cause hair to fall out more. I am not joking about this so be very careful what you take!!
  9. I have never did this nor know anyone who has. Have you tried googling about it? Maybe find a FAQ section on their site??
  10. I may try this myself. Sounds like it can be something that may help while I am waiting for something else to work. I hope to see some hair growth eventually
  11. I read that dander shampoo can actually cause more hair loss and that scares me. I get flakes and have been using some on and off for the last 3 years. I want to find a shampoo that is safe and gentle but wont cause my flakes to get worse. Any ideas?
  12. I don't really follow him enough to know what he did or did not do but he has the money to hire the best of the best doctors out there so if he did get work, they likely made sure it didn't show.
  13. That is about the best advice as you are going to get right there. Well said and very informative Tj. Also, I don't think any doctor would be willing to go where hair doesn't naturally grow.
  14. I dont mean for everyone, maybe it only works for some people. Idk. I heard the same thing with being in the sun. I think this is a case of works for some not for everyone.
  15. Ahh yeah I did not even think of that. That has to be one of the worst combos. I feel bad for any man who is. I guess the worst thing to be is short, fat, and balding.
  16. Someone asked me today if I would be happier if I was fat vs balding because I am in pretty great shape. I thought about it and I would choose being heavier to have a full head of hair and that is because I know I can change my weight. I am not sure I can change my hair.
  17. Anyone ever notice that people who spend time in the rain have really healthy hair? I have a friend who works outdoors for a living and he has a full head of hair even though his father has been balding since his 20's. Is there something to this?
  18. Great advice. I never though of taking progress pictures. I think it is a good idea when waiting on anything that takes time to see change.
  19. You don't want to go too far down your forehead. Just look for your natural line. Check old pictures and get what best matches that. Anything too far down may look goofy.
  20. I have tried onions and such. The idea is to increase circulation but if it isn't an issue of circulation, it will not do anything. Your hair loss is a lot like mine. There is plenty to try out there, you just have to find what works for you.
  21. I think the 3 week healing process is about right considering skin is completely new every 28 days. I would say to be safe do 4 weeks and take it easy until that time is up.
  22. Have you ever read what he has said on his treatments? “One of the dumbest things I ever did was get hair transplants. Now I have a big stupid scar on the back of my head that looks like a smile”. He has a scar and hates it.
  23. As mentioned 50 to 100 is normal per day. I have had much more than this when I washed my hair more. I found that cutting back on washing it has helped actually. I just do light rinsing in between washing.
  24. It is best to find out what can be the cause before you start trying just anything. You did the right thing by trying the diet approach though. Eating better and supplementing.
  25. It's quite shit if customers have money stuck with them
