  1. That's very exciting but it's very difficult to find forum posts from patients who had this procedure done. I really want to ditch the concealers when my HT is mature enough. How different is your work on longer hair, technically? Do you simply go a little deeper? Have you got a clinic in Europe?
  2. I can't see any patient pictures on that website nor do I find anything about them online. Is this a recent clinic?
  3. Have you got pictures of your donor area? Does this clinic have a proper website? Thanks for your reply.
  4. The doctor was involved in most of the procedure? Amazing! For a minute I thought this was another Turkish tech-only factory! I saw something scary about a technician-only clinic with similar prices. (videos removed by moderator) Update us about your evolution, especially when the scabs fall. Very curious to see it from up close. It would be awesome to see some quality work and good yield for such a price. How did you make your research? On the other hand the staff being male or female doesn't matter here. It's a life changing procedure that involves a lot of risks it's not about the company. Could we also see your donor area? Thank you for your time!
  5. I went to Dr. Demirsoy 11 weeks ago check out my thread, how many grafts will you get? I regret not getting a fin script from him and fin from turkey. You can already buy some biotin. Some moisturizing cream as well to remove the scabs at 9 days post-op. A sun umbrella in case you have to walk outside after your operation. That's all I can think about.
  6. A few new hairs are spotted on my left side, at 11 weeks post op. Hope the others will ride the wave.
  7. I think you should do it later because all the bumps might make it easy for you to cut yourself. And the transplanted hair will shed anway... it's best to shave after a few weeks of growth at around monh 4 IMO!
  8. The only reason why I got a HT was because I NEED straight hair, and it looked like shit with my recession. I will only be relieved when I can finally straighten it. This will be the moment when I'll be unwrapping the christmas presents. Not before, even I get a full NW1. This is how adamant about straightening my hair I am. Of course I'll use the best and less harsh products. As of now, I'm already(2 monts post-op) using an anti-frizz shampoo. I don't see how anything could damage the grafts. Of course some hairs will break. But in what way could any product harm the actual follicles?
  9. Are you french? Those are the surgeons that are popular on French forums but they have different profiles. What do you want what's your profile? FUT or FUE??
  10. Your hair looks really good it must have been a good transplant but your hairline is uneven indeed, why did your surgeon design it like this? Nevertheless, don't touch it.
  11. Get on the meds, it"s the only thing to do. A HT without meds is not a smart move at your age, and the meds will be enough for you.
  12. Thanks mate, it's a stressful time. I'm turning down every offer to appear in public and I'm in constant freakout mode at work(using some concealer on the forelock). Too bad because I've gotten great opportunities(even to pose for a popular sports magazine as an athlete), but I really must hide, especially if I can finally enjoy looking good in a few months from now. Yes he did take care of the forelock which has been decimated by MPB and then by the shockloss. It was the right move! But obviously a bit trickier than the completely bald areas...
  13. 9 weeks post-op. 2 months and one day. 63 days. Getting closer to the moment of truth. Plenty of stubble-like hair that seem new but doesn't want to grow. A few new, thin hairs. A small pimple. The calm before the storm!
  14. Your twenties is the period when you need a youthfull hairline and a stylish haircut the most. Make the most out of your potential! Have faith in the meds. I just did my first HT at 30 wish I had done it 5 years earlier...
  15. I think that the problem is how poorly informed most guys are, and those who hear about fin often panic when they read SEXUAL side effects.
  16. Sometimes I wonder if taking my meds is making me part of the chosen ones. Or if it's all a big joke and everyone is secretely on DUT + RU. It seems that 90% of the newcomers have that "anything but finasteride" approach. In my opinion, you are not treating your MPB without anti-androgens. But still, how many guys who share our curse are using effective medication according to you guys? How many just let themselves go? My guess is that most men remain in denial until a combover is no longer possible, and then half of them try to do something. On this half, another half tries snake oil crap and fucking shampoos, thinking they will get away with it. I'd guess about a third of men eventually get on FIN. How many stick with it enough to get their destiny back is another question. How about transplants?
  17. I coach and compete as well. I just do grappling or light striking. It's the only thing that takes my mind off the ugly duckling phase really... I know Spex played rugby seven days post op. That sounds nuts.
  18. Freaking out about the head rubbing on the mats and on my opponents, even though the grafts are supposed to be fully embedded.
  19. Seriously??? I was sure there was nothing you could do to remove your grafts after 10 days! I thought it would literally take another surgery to remove them.
  20. Feriduni is the man IMO. Also check out Bisanga. Both in Belgium. Turkey has Koray Erdogan who also delivers top results for a lower price.
  21. Was it because of the early infection? I too used some antisceptic around week five because it looked as if I was going to develop some pimples, but nothing like the pics the OP posted. Demirsoy delivers big ups and downs.
  22. Is the insertion of the graft more simple than the rest of the procedure? It sure is the most grueling part for both the patient and the professional. Funny enough, they did not wet my hair to take pics, did they do it to evaluate your loss or only to take the pics?
  23. I was lucky enough to book him 10 days after I discovered his results he told me about this one availability as soon as I expressed my interest. I could have spent much more but NOW was the time: one-month holiday, right after a break-up, free. Finding the perfect time for a HT is tough.
