    Why hair wet and pulled back in before pictures and dry and pushed forward in after pictures? I have not seen a good result from robot yet.

    It looks like a lot of grafts were used but I'm not seeing it in the results. For that many grafts I would expect a thicker result. The is no top shot so we can see how it looks over all. Is this what you expected doctor? Is he going to do another procedure to thicken?

    I thought the results were disappointing. I can understand why they were taken down. Huge combover from the back and no growth behind the hairline from what I saw. Which Shapiro did this procedure?

    He has definitely improved. He should be happy. And good pictures.

    I would be disappointed with these results. Maybe he'll grow out some more? I can't tell the difference easily between the before and the after shots. Is he plainning to have another procedure to thicken it?

    It does look like you are getting some growth but can't see near 4000 grafts on your head. I'm not saying that they aren't there, but it looks less than that to me. If you are only at 7 months then you have more to grow for sure.

    Spreading it out and over your head sounds like a very bad idea. 2000 grafts is not going to be enough to make it look like natural hair that you cut short.

    Did I read this correctly???? I have no real problem with lighting and backgrounds but this is very disturbing to me that Dr. Hasson was trying to make your hair look as bad as possible for the before photo. Did I read this correctly??!!

    You are right. There is a real difference in the lighting. That's a good observation but the patient still looks much better no matter how much lighting is put on the subject. This industry is loaded with that kind of stuff. Look at KFC commercials. The chicken on TV looks great but what i see when I pick it up at the store doesn't look nearly as good.

    The biggest problem that concerns me is a hairline that is to thin and see through. Not to thick. Also if it is to high it doesn't look very good.

    I do not think you can get a whole lot of hair back but I'm sure something can be done for you that will make a world of difference.

    I also want to say that the devastation feeling goes away but you still want your hair back.

    I do remember when I also started to lose my locks. I was a bit younger than you and my brother made good fun of my thinning at the crown. I didn't think anything of it until I showered and looked in the mirror. I was shocked like electricity through me. It was happening to me. I really thought balding was for other guys, old guys but it was starting for me without a doubt.
