  1. I am in total agreement with the styling suggestion. The spiked up 2nd guy is doing himself no favors with that see thru do. 1st guy has it all going on. Oh for the day when men were men and hair was long.
  2. No id don't mak u blind, it afecx typing tho
  3. Now see, I knew there was a good reason I've had good early growth
  4. He may think he has a bullet left, but the powder is wet and the hammer won't cock. Certainly there are some good haberdasheries close by... Seriously, the donor area is pretty depleted and what there is wouldn't cover much. Shave the dome, grow the sides and back a bit to cover the scars.
  5. I didn't take any drugs but I am a number of years older than you and I have never had any sexual malfunctions and my loss stabilized years ago, so the answer is - maybe? No one can say with certainty, but since you have never posted pictures of your hair, you are really asking people to make generalized assumptions. So generalized answers is all you'll get until you present your case to the forum in more detail.
  6. 19 week tomorrow - I finally took a photo with a matching head angle ~
  7. I reckon Rahal may have done a few less-than-stellar transplants in the past decade. Not everyone can get 100% great results. Apparently you're in no hurry, but ultimately it's your decision. Choose well.
  8. Thank you Thank you ~ I'll be here all week ! You can check out my latest post in the OFF TOPIC FORUM - entitled "Booked a HT with Dr Bob".
  9. He lives next door so the travel part is really easy and he's giving me a special discount as there is some problem with his license that he assures me will be resolved in court next month. Apparently he is very well reviewed and he says he has 100's of YELP reviews but also says I can't see them because I don't have Windows 12 yet. I'm sure they're good though! We're going to do 5000 grafts into my crown - why the crown you ask? Well, I'm a furniture mover by trade and I always get the end that makes me walk backwards so that's what people see first. But I'm taking a class in school to be a guy that looks through microscopes - not sure what that's called - so that works, too! I'm not real clear on how the procedure will be done but he guarantees I'll never see any of the so-called 'scarring' with his 'new' technique of going UNDER the skin and pulling the grafts out from the inside, not plucking them out like everyone else. Nice! I'm pumped! His fee is $10 a graft - which I think is reasonable because he says the machine he's building to do this costs about that. So it's like I'm getting it for COST! No markup! He also say I'm the PERFECT candidate. Not sure why... Well, I gotta go, I promised Dr. Bob I'd cut his lawn today and also keep an eye out for the Publisher's Clearinghouse Van he is expecting later.
  10. You don't have to respond, but I am curious about the above statement. What about your lifestyle warrants keeping the HT a secret? I see it a lot here for some and for others it a non-issue. After 80+ posts here, I am sure you know that for a few weeks after the procedure it's somewhat difficult to hide.
  11. You could still just work on the Crown but here's an illustration of the difference between CROWN ONLY and FRONT ONLY in about 10 years.
  12. I would work up to your routine slowly. The way you describe your workout, the grafts might all expel out like porcupine quills.
  13. Thanks, Rootz. That was my hope, there was very little native hair up there and that's exactly what is going on (no redness, no bumps, no scarring), and it does looks like its magic growth! I plan on magically growing it long until my wife freaks out. ADDED I edited the above photo to point out the hairline and the ARROW points to a small discolored mark so that you can see how it's grown in on that new hairline. Since the TILT of the head does not really match, that little mark is the base point for comparison.
  14. I'm posting a "1 month after Procedure" and an "18 Week" photo. I am supposed to be at around 25% growth - so I'm pretty pumped. I *HATE* wearing my hair back but right now it's all I can do as it is still less than one (1) inch long and I can barely even ask it to go in any direction except up. I expect additional growth and fullness between now and year's end. Plus the new hairs are a bit wiry and a few are bent/thin but as I understand that's normal. Got no complaint about the color matching too.
  15. Screw the hairline ~ that's why mine is going DOWN once I get some length! Like Justin !
  16. Who in their right mind can argue with this? See, now this is why I come here. 5, 4, 3...

    17 WEEKS

Using minox on the crown. Been on it since even before the HT and it seems to have no effect...

    17 WEEKS

So far so good - lots of filling in and maturing in the next few months I am sure. People are noticing ! That good. Here is 0 to 12 weeks to 17 (now) weeks.
  19. Are you sure you read that here? PRP is not an alternative to a HT. That's been discussed here many times. Pull up PRP in the SEARCH feature.
