    So these are after meds? I misunderstood. I thought these were different lighting. I’m not sure you’re a good candidate. Seems like you have donor thinning. You don’t want transplanted hair to be dependent on medication.

    Op was your surgeon Dr. Diep? I agree this is very concerning, I will send you a private message. We will need to investigate this to the fullest extent. I will consult with Pat before making any decisions. Also, guys I can’t look at every single thread, just because I don’t respond or read every thread doesn’t mean I’m ignoring them. This isn’t radio silence, if an issue needs urgent review tag me, as was done. Otherwise, I simply cannot keep up with every single thread.

    Pictures can be deceiving. It’s best to get evaluated in person. Here’s a video of my 10-year journey. I’m also 37. My donor didn’t look the best, but I’ve been able to get over 7k scalp grafts via FUE.

    I’ve only used it one day, so I doubt that would make a significant difference. If I could find a place I would stop and get a biopsy asap. I will call Dr. Mohebi’s officer, perhaps they know of a place locally.

    I’m not sure that would work, I’m sure you’ll keep some gains, but not all.

    I’m on 2.5 mg, I do 5 mg 3x a week. Yea at this dosage the risk is low.

    It thickens everything. I’ve noticed Its even thickened my donor. The actual hair shaft is thicker. There’s concerns which are valid about blood pressure and heart palpitations. But I haven’t experienced any side’s thankfully. But if you do I would stop right away.

    Only serum levels, you need to get a biopsy to check scalp levels, and I can’t find a lab that checks that in my area.

    If you don’t get sides from the oral, there’s no reason to switch.

    The chemicals can damage the hair shafts. I’ve seen some cases where teens look like they’re thinning because the perm damaged their hair.
