i saw they ship on my country and they sell oral minoxidil (brand name: loxidil), does someone buys here and can confirm it's safe?

i just had an hair transplant 5 days ago and i wanted to ask if starting now oral minoxidil increases the survival rate of the grafts

i thought the aging side was only for topical version cause the lotion touches the skin

facial aging is a side of topical minoxidil or for the oral version too?

i wanted to start for the first time oral minoxidil after my surgery to try to make thicker my weak native hair so i wanted to ask after how many days should i start it? and will it help my transplanted hair to grow faster too? i saw someone say to start it 1-2 week after surgery and others after 1 months but i wanted to start it as soon as possible
