  1. Can you share pictures? Maybe you have folliculitis.
  2. I only know of one doctor that has ever charged remotely close to $25 per graft.
  3. Have you messaged your doctor? I’ve never had FUT, but let me tag @gillenator he has experience with FUT.
  4. Personally, I’d try topical. Dr. Arshad sells a topical finasteride formula.
  5. I saw this post on instagram, and a few issues stand out. #1. The hairline is way too straight. #2. The placement is too patterned. It’s like someone drew it on. Hairlines should be irregular. #3. The grafts looked like they’re angled from right to left. Now, this may be okay if he plans on combing his hair this way, but will present some real problems if he ever wants to change hair styles.
  6. $25 is an exaggeration. 99% of the doctors in the US charge $8-10 per graft for FUE. One notable exception that charges per case, not per graft.
  7. He does do some beard, let me tag @Bogota Hairlines to send you some cases.
  8. I think Dr. Pinto is one of the best in the business. He should honestly be charging around 5€ for his level of skill and expertise.
  9. Check out Dr. Camacho and Dr. Pittella in Colombia and Brazil https://hairtransplantnetwork.com/best-hair-transplant-surgeons
  10. I don’t know that’s a good question. Dr. Sethi is honestly one of the best, and I’m very happy. But of course, I’ve always said, there’s never a best only best for your situation. Given that I’m a new father I may need to stay closer to home. I guess the smartest thing would be to wait a year to see how the topical finasteride works.
  11. It’s officially one year today! What a rollercoaster year. I’m happy with my results and my wife says the difference is night and day. But I will admit that I don’t think this will be my last HT. My donor looks good, my beard looks untouched. I think one more HT focusing 100% in the crown and part line would complete the restoration. Right now I’m about 90% there, hair greed has set in. I just started Xyon so I don’t know if this will get me over the edge, only time will tell. Currently, I don’t take more than 5 minutes to style my hair. I just use the sea salt spray and and I’m good. I will still use some fibers for going out to dinner, or special occasions. I don’t have anything in these pictures besides sea salt spray. Happy New Years, this year will be even better. We have big plans for our community in 2023. A little clip from my entire journey.
  12. How old are you? Are you on medication? It’s not where you are, it seems where you’re headed. You’re a Norwood 6. You should plan to lose all the hair on top eventually.
  13. There’s a lot of great options, check out our full list of recommendations https://hairtransplantnetwork.com/best-hair-transplant-surgeons
  14. Sorry to hear about your situation. Thank you for creating a separate thread. Please let me know if you need any additional help.
  15. Definitely check out @Parsa Mohebi, MD in woodland hills. He does excellent work.
  16. It makes your hair feel thicker. It’s an awesome product, been using it every day. Apply it after a shower, then blow dry and style. It gives hair a lot of volume.
  17. Yea sleep with a cap on, no need to tie your hands together.
  18. It’s not good, but there are some positives. You didn’t use a lot of donor, and at least there’s no significant scarring in the frontal hairline. This is a relatively easy fix.
  19. Happy new year, here’s to more hair 🍻
