I'm 28 Y/O. I'm not on any medication currently. Do you recommend a hair transplant for this kind of hair loss? If so, should I go FUT or FUE? Also, what clinics do you recommend who had good results with similar hair as mine

Is the balding too far gone for a hair transplant? Also, should I start using any topical medication. I refuse to take any orally admininistered medication

Also, how many grafts do you think are necessary. I consulted a clinic and I was told that I'd require around 3000-4000 grafts
