  1. What a rude drama queen you are. You have been repeatedly asked to provide PHOTOS, so the experts on this forum could provide you with proper feedback. YOU IGNORED their requests. Ater reading your asinine posts I wouldn't provide you with dink(Even if I had a tape measure).
  2. To be honest with you I'm not stressing out about it. We will probably go for some kind of coverage in my second surgery and then finish it off in the third surgery.
  3. I have been thinking about this option. Not sure yet.
  4. Here are my 10 month photos. To achieve the density I desire I will need at least 3 surgeries. 10 months top: 10 months left side: 10 months right side: Here is where I started my ongoing journey from:
  5. Here are some photos my wife took of me using some concealer at 8 months. I still need to figure out how to cut and style my hair. Right now I think it looks the best just slicked back. 8 months top view with concealer: 8 months side view with concealer: 8 months side view with concealer:
  6. Yeah I knew I would need at least 2 surgeries going in to this. I probably will need to have 3 total surgeries to achieve desired density.
  7. I think it's a great start. With such a large area needing coverage I knew I would need at least 2 or 3 surgeries.
  8. Thanks drmstx. I had been using minoxidil, but I stopped. It really hasn't done anything for me and it's a pain to use. Dr Wong is going to address my crown in the 2nd surgery.
  9. No problem glajo. My condolences on the loss of your Grandmother in such a terrible way, also. I'm sorry you have had bad hair transplants in your past. Have you had a consulation with Hasson and Wong or anyone else? Maybe someone can help you with a repair? Good luck!
  10. Considering that I watched my own Grandmother die from cancer I hope I never have to go through that, also. If your implication is people will see a stupid scar...that would be the least of my worries.
  11. Dr Bauman, When you look at some more of your photos will you please post patients with significant hairloss like Joe had? Joe was a significant Norwood 6 and I don't believe you can fill in the recession as aggressive, on a Norwood 6, as the example you posted. It's like comparing apples to oranges. Thanks.
  12. 7 months update top of head: 7 months update left side: (On my 6 month update I combed my hair forward. I decided to comb my hair back so their is a better view of what Dr Wong did with my temple point.) 7 months update back of head: The long wait sucks. Merry Christmas to everyone!
  13. TheEmperor, Compared to where you started from I think you look much better. Once you have your second procedure, with Dr Wong, you will look great! I am a bad Norwood 6 so I knew that I would need at least 2 to 3 surgeries. In the first surgery we just went for maximum coverage. On my second surgery Dr Wong will focus on my hairline and crown. It seems that is his plan for you, also. Did you request maximum coverage in your first procedure? Obviously if Dr Wong was unable to get as many donor grafts as he wanted it would complicate your first procedure. Putting your before and after photos together shows how much better you look. I am using your 10 month photo for comparison. I think once you have your second procedure you will be very happy. Good luck to you.
  14. That is a PROPOSED tax that Democrats have inserted into the Health Care Bill. NOTHING has been officially passed. http://blogs.wsj.com/washwire/...ax-cosmetic-surgery/
  15. I am not shure what the hairs per cm2 will be, but I already knew I would need another surgery, since I am a bad Norwood 6. The wait is the toughest part. I am looking forward to the 1 year mark. Only 6 months to go.
  16. Wow Joe! What a fantastic response. Thanks for taking the time to do that. Your HD Videos are amazing!
  17. Yes I am happy with my progress so far. Being a bad Norwood 6 I knew it would be a looong journey.
  18. Here is my 6 month update with my surgery with Dr Wong. I decided to cut my hair short and I like it. Top of head: Side of head: Back of head scar: This is where I started from: I am scheduled to see Dr Wong next April for my second procedure.

  20. I am glad you are doing your research and are looking at the photos for both clinics. However, I disagree with your assessment. Please post the photos that you are speaking about that you are using to making your assessment. I believe you are not comparing apples to apples.
  21. Scrounge, wanthairs has already answered your question. You should threaten to sue Larry in order to get your money back! Did Dr Epstein, Dr Charles, and Dr Mejia put their assesment of your hair transplant in writing? Make copies of Dr Mejia's photos to send to Larry Shapiro. You can have an attorney write you a professional letter for $150. Send the assesments and photos with the attorney's letter demanding a REFUND in FULL. I hope others read your story and understand that when a Dr act likes a used car salesmen that you need to get the hell out of his office before he touches your head!!!! Who gives a crap if he offers you a "deal"...just walk out before he touches your head!! Send Larry a link to this thread, also. This should get his attention.
  22. I'm happy for you bullitnut. I'm glad you are regaining your confidence. It was very kind of Dr Shapiro to give you a free hair transplant.
