  1. comments on my scar. It is shaved with a 4 clip at 7.5 months.
  2. Happy Thanksgiving to all, especially those who are struggling with their Ht's. It's a tough day fellas, but I know exactly what you are going through.
  3. Julius, I'm not sure what the Fu/cm2 are. Spex, Do you have the specifics of my surgery with Feller?
  4. Capello, Congrats, at five months things look unbelievable. Your very fortunate, I'm 8 months from a repair and don't have half that yield.
  5. Tstan, YOU NEED TO WAIT. If things are stressful now, just talking about it, they will get much worse. While you may have told family about you possibly getting a HT, there will be many social functions that you will turn down because of your head looking funky after the HT. And if your unfortunate like me, this period will possibly be permanent. I've been hideing under a hat since June of 08. Why do you think I'm responding to your post on Thanksgiving? A Ht has put a ton load of stress on my relationship. If it's a stressor now, think of what it will be like if you have scar stretching, minimal yield (it looks funky), shock loss, cobblestoneing, etc.. Hold off on this one. If your comfortable in social situations now, then enjoy life. Don't get me wrong there is nothing wrong with wanting to look better, but once you get a Ht it's a life time journey. Enjoy your family that love you for the bald you. This is my viewpoint on the situation. I regret my Ht every moment of my life, and according to people on this forum--it's not that bad. So, if my Ht is not that bad and I regret it every day of my life--Could you imagine if I had a bad one. Dont do it!
  6. Really, Good for you. I really wish that I went to H&W. I've never saw a case where they have had a noticeable scar.
  7. hdude46, I totally agree, that is an amazing result. Jotronic, Do you guys offer the same growth guarantee if the area is scarred from previous surgeries?
  8. I think you've got a decent result. I do understand though that Ht's look alot more natural in pics than they do in person. I hope my hair line looks as good as yours in a couple of months.
  9. Are there other Armani patients that are happy? Why are they not posting?
  10. Sonic, I understand if you want to stick up for a doc that gave you a good result, but seriously, I don't care if he did 10 million Ht's with a great result this poor lad is in bad shape. And the fact the Armani can do better only makes the situation worse not better. So when your advocating for Armani on the forum, why don't you make your slogan " While Armani screws up patients more frequently than not, he , nevertheless, can produce quality results. I don't think people's arguments on this forum are whether or not Armani can produce a quality result, but WILL HE, and from the look of things it appears not. Why does'nt Armani call a couple of his satisfied customers and have them offer him some support like you? As you say, it's the least you could do for the great work he performed on you. Should'nt others feel the same?
  11. Hey Doc, Excellent result. His scar is phenomenal. What clip is his back shaved to? My scar is extremely red at 7 months with a 4 clip, will that reside some?
  12. Who did your HT? I'm in the same boat. worst mistake of my life
  13. Thana, Thank you for the clarity. There is so much info on this forum, it's easy to miss some posts. But, as you have been nothing but honest with me about my situation- I do believe you when you say this forum will respond the same to my HT as Balboa's if my situation is the same as it is now at 11 months. Let's hope for me it's not. Thana, seriously though thank you!
  14. Hey guys, Before anything get's started, it's not my intent. But, I honestly must ask, when Balboa is complaining about his 5 month pic, how come no one is telling him to calm down? I know that I'm a repair patient, but Balboa's 5 month Fue look better than my 7.5 strip. Now, I know Balboa's at 11 months, but I'm not seeing that same " it takes 2 years for a Ht to see the full result" mentality that I receive when I post my disappointment with my repair work with Feller. Maybe, I'm missing something or overread something, but unless you guys start telling Balboa to calm down, he's way to early, I'm going to lose a lot of faith in this forum.
  15. That is an excellent result. Good for you. I'm jealous- big time.
  16. and you really have to wait a full year or two to see if the density will match. If not, than you can always go for another pass...IMHO... Nice hair Badhairuk...congrats.. Just a thought from the peanut gallery..[/quote Kaounis, Thanks for the suggestion, but another pass? I've had my first Ht in june of 08, and pretty much have been living under a hat ever since. You see how much of my hair is native, so to go through another ht ( that will make 3 for an area that should have took 2000 fu's at best). Now, to worry about shock loss, staple removal, scar stretching, and worst of all 13 months to know if it is a failure or not. That will be 3 years from my first Ht.By Then I'll have more MPB. Thanks for the concern, but no thanks. I may do a small FUE to hide my scar, so I can cut my hair short, but I really can't see myself going through another Ht without a couple year break.
  17. kaounis, Thanks for your concern, That is definitely my concern. The probelem is if I try to cut it short so the transition is not so obvious, the scar sticks out like a sore thumb. Believe it or not, while my first surgery was a failure, the scar was undectabale. If I let it grow a little-- the more unnatural I look from the front. Hopefully, like everyone is saying, things work out in the next couple of months. The uncertainty is brutal.
  18. bad hair Uk, Thank you, wholeheartedly. how long are the after pics? when did you feel comfortable without a hat? hairthere, Please, if you can convert the pics, it would help. With you how long until your were comfortable? I think you told me before, but I read so many posts they start to run together. Spex, Thanx for the pics. how long post op are the afters. Are there any 7 mos shots?
  19. Bill, Sorry for the confusion with multiple threads. The fact is that I'm not to great at naviagating through the site. As far as freaking out, most of the time I'm posting as to my experience. Without being disrespectful, I thought that is what this forum was all about. Also, I think what I'm not making clear is most of that growth was there before my repair, I'm not sure if I had growth from the second procedure or if it is just the first maturing. The fact that you guys keep telling me that it takes up to 2 years for the final result reinforces this belief. Keep in mind, the pics are not meant to belittle the surgeon, they were requested by a few, including yourself. I admit they are probably the worst angle, but the fact that the Ht and scar look like that at 7.5 months eats me up big time. Remember, I've been down this road before--told to wait it out, it's still early, and unfortunately, my instincts were right. I hope their failing me this time. ALL I WANT TO DO IS GO OUTSIDE WITHOUT A HAT AND NOT LOOK LIKE A FREAK. I totally understand that the final result is far from in, but should I look like this at this stage? As a matter of fact, you said you had pics of people in a very similiar situation. If you could post them, It would probably help alot. I just really can't see ever looking normal at this point. Maybe if I see those pics your talking about it will hold me over.
  20. Rich, Why don't you give me a personal email address that I can send my pics to. If you think that I have no need to worry at that point, I will serious consider holding off any negativity for a little while. But, everyone that saw my recent pics agree I should be "real concerned". Thana who is a big fan of Feller agrees I have an issue with density--big time. As a matter of fact, he is suppossed to post some pics for me tonight.
  21. to all, I've sent pics to thana,I do not know how to shrink the kb size to fit the sites standards. Anyone that wants to see my 7 mos pics, can send me a personal e mail, and I will send them. Sorry about the negativeity guys, but I'm really struggling with things right now because of this Ht.
