  1. Im seeing a few hairs coming through a 3 months post transplant , spex is right though everyone is different ej
  2. As I stated earlier you are in the Minority not the Majority . That said I am glad that you are happy with your results . I, and I think many others find this site extremely helpful in researching Drs and which Dr would be best for our particular needs , so I dont understand why you would find this site laughable ? For the benefit of others why not post a set of pictures and start your own weblog I have no Idea why you would mention the promotion of your family ? I will leave that one with you . I hope your results are great and wish you all the best with your transplant Regards ej
  3. Dear Doctor Ahamd, (I am interested only to know about the distributer,i m really not interested to know or improve my surgical skill ) This comment causes me some concern ,please could you explain this comment in greater detail Kind Regards ej
  4. if you fell upon this thread surely you must of also fallen upon the threads of many unhappy patients from Hospital Group , to be frank the majority of patients from Hospital Group are unhappy you are in the minority not the majority no offence intended . How would you feel if your comments contributed to a patient getting disfigured at the hospital group, knowing that even though your results appear ok the majority are not ok ? Im happy that your happy with your result but I think you have to be a little more responsible with your promotion of the Hospital Group if, as I believe you are aware of all the facts in relation to there results and patient care . Regards ej
  5. The Choi implanter is absolute rubbish !!! I dont think it enables a surgeon to develope any skill at all , rather just throw 1500 grafts in per hour that have an extremely low survival rate ! I have been " choid" and had zero growth and got the scars to show for it , I think you should put patients/people first and formost ! regards ej
  6. The content of this thread should confirm, without any doubt whatsoever, that the only UK Clinic to consider is Farjo !! Regards ej
  7. Desire Hair , Just out of Interest why have you named your website " The Neograft Hair Transplant Network " and why does it contain a google ad for " The Hospital Group" as its well known in the UK that the hospital group does not have a great repuatation ! Im not having a "pop" at you im genuinly asking these qs out of interest ej
  8. I think its a massive improvement . This guy was full on bald , it looks natural the docs done a great job with what he had to work with . ej
  9. mani, I really ,really feel for you , I hope things can be sorted by way of repair ,good luck mate ej
  10. No stress Chill out, I never said anywhere that I was against this clinic. The name sounded Greek and I had a bad experience in Greece, and as you did not say where this doctor is located, I thought to share my experience with you. Moving on if you feel comfortable that this doctor is good and has good results then good for you, and if you have met patients in person, and seen their results and are happy, then the decision ultimately lies with you. In my opinion you can never do enough research, I have not heard of your doctor or seen any of their results so perhaps another member can offer some input. Regards ej
  11. Lasani The 2-3 members who reccomend Dr Mohmand probably do so because they have had good results from him. I had the no touch technique and it didnt work and I got badly scared , and lost lots of donor hair and money ! The implanter pen does not use suction , a graft is placed in it and then it is pushed into a slit , I have had 3 transplants and this was the only method that did not work ! I think you need to to do lots more research on this method regards ej
  12. ........................................................................ ..................................................................
  13. Have a look in the find area for "nano-fibres " its all bad news . They are not safe and not permanent, a lot of repair patients got bad scarring from this system . Nano or bio all the same thing all bad news . Hope this helps ej
  14. Lasani , Have a look in the "find " option of this site type in " choi implanter" and also " no touch " . The no touch term in itself is nothing more than a sales pitch . I agree that the lass trauma to a follicle has to be beneficial but this technique does not provide that , its like a pen that is "loaded" with your graft and then placed into a slit on your scalp . It enables the surgeon to literally just throw them in at high speed ,my results were zero growth and massive scars in the donor area . Do yourself a BIG favour and consult with Dr Mohmand . Regards ej
  15. its garbage does not work , also refered to as a choi implanter commonly used by DHI Group and NHI Greece stay well away from it . Look in the find option for choi implanter or "no touch " technique . Re your other qs only heard good things about Dr Mohmand appears to have good results and regulary posts and stands by his patients also only one reccomended here so thats who i would go to . Hope this helps remember stay away from "no touch " those places should be closed down ! regards ej
  16. is there a possibility this could damage existing hair ? ej
  17. oh damn , now we have blown our "advantage" damn ! just gonna have to wait till someone tells me about it ! ej
  18. Would be great to see some detailed pictures from patients and clinics before afters of beard hair used as filler hair and if possible grafted into donor scar and donor area after removal , be good to hear from anyone who has had this done , my donor is depleted hence the interest . cheers ej
  19. Ive used the same hairdresser for 20 years , basically you want the back and sides long enough to cover any scarring for me number 4 length but cut with scissors not clippers , on top leave it longer creates a better illusion of density. Stay away from any trainee with clippers and tell them straight start with the scissors taper it down later with clippers regards ej
  20. robert , I think you need to do loads and loads and then loads more research ! get some consultations with docs from this site ask to see a patient either during or immiediatly after surgery . I get the feeling your in too much of a hurry to get a hairtransplant I think you need to really take your time on this , i do not want to neg you out but please do some research ,check out some immediatley after op photos should give you good idea of procedure take care mate ej
  21. Jim I too think you made Valid points however I think the photos are more of a " continual ongoing update" thats how I see this anyway . I think the Doc "may" take offence at the title you gave this thread just food for thought Regards ej
  22. Hi I remember spex had a patient similar situ I think his name was bachstrad , have a look in the find section top of this site for webblogs he ended up with good repair job , I think most of the top docs can remove them and improve the appearence regards ej
  23. Hi Robert How old are you ? I would wait if I were you and spend plenty of time and do consultations with some surgeons on this site . Are you taking propecia ? take your time and do not rush or be pushed in to anything , it is a life changing decision and you want to get it right from the start regards ej
  24. Doug , Im a patient and have been researching the best way of repairing poor work from the early nineties for around 12 months now . The point i want to make is that I have exceptionally low donor hair left to work with, so I want to make sure that what is left is used wisely . I am aware of creating an illusion of density, and the importance of hair characteristics that play a large part in a successful result, also graft survival rate which I believe to be around 90% via strip The most significant point I find in relation to your Neograft tool is the " Handling" of the grafts , you state quote " Gentle Suction " to remove the grafts , I find this slightly alarming as all my research has led me to believe that graft handling from removal to placement is critical , the idea of having follicles " Gently Sucked" out of my head and I would presume up a tube and into some sort of collection tray ( accept my apologies and please correct me if im wrong ) would concern me as to my graft survival rate . Perhaps your tool is still in the early stages of development and of course photographic and relevent documentation of graft survival rates would help greatly . I am an independent patient who wants the best result at the end of day , I see your neograft device developing into a tool to partially remove a graft whilst the surgeon or tech then delicatly fully removes the graft to lessen any damage , I hope Im wrong though, as your description imply`s that a surgeon with little expierience can perform a hair transplant procedure and get 100% graft survival rate , this would be great news for myself and others as it would bring more surgeons into this field and greatly reduce the cost of a fue procedure . I hope you do not find my `feedback` negative in anyway as this is were my research so far has led me and I personally believe feedback to be a gift ! . Anyway good luck with your device and I hope to see regular updates . Regards ej
  25. Hotspur , I had this " no touch " technique eight years ago DHI market it as the choi implanter search this site for DHI Athens , Choi Implanter its poor to say the least . Personally I got zero growth from it and allthough I got some money back I was left with massive scarring that I now have to try to get repaired . I cannot stress to you the importance of getting it right first time , stick with a coalition doc ! Regards ej
