    Dr. MARWAN SAIFI

Looking good mate, Im back to Saifi for a 3rd and final time in September. All the best
  2. Hope all grows well. I'm sure it will. Keep us updated with your progress. Also, it would be good to see the pictures. Also, I see you have had surgery with Dr Feller also?
  3. Ill send you a pm as I don't think I can advertise his email address
  4. Hi His charges are based on the circumstances of the patient. He takes a lot of things into consideration, but it will be cheaper than most doc that perform fue. As a standard patient I would expect to pay about 3.50 gbp per graft
  5. Brilliant! My wife is Polish, so she can translate for me..
  6. I know what he said. All im saying, is that it will make a huge difference if you have only lost 25% or so of your naitive hair. Also if you have a slight recession, surgeons like rahal can dense pack. Im sure this is more than 25% of the original density. If you are a nw5 to nw7 you have to be realistic. The surgeon will also tell you this. Its obvious that you are not going to hair the hair you did as a teenager. Its all about framing the face at that stage.
  7. That sounds fantastic, can I have the name of the clinc please and I will book immediately.
  8. Not sure I agree with all of this. Firstly, if you have only lost 25 percent of your hair, it will make a massive difference. Secondly, if you are say a nw5 to nw7, im sure 25% at the front to mid frames the face very nicely I am slightly above the age mentioned, but I can tell you that I would rather the hair now, than be worrying about the possibility of a linear scar showing when I am much older. Also, Im sure choosing the right surgeon, will help guide you in the right direction.
  9. Thanks for your comments everyone. Dingdong My FUT was 2600 for 1680 grafts. Best money I've ever spent! Prices may of changed since then. Dr Saifi doesnt have a set price for Fue, depends on the circustances of the patient. Previous work, previous bad HT experiences, etc etc. I don't want to disclose what I paid for this as I don't think its fair to Dr Saifi. I will say thought that its a very good price what ever he offers. I just hope it turns out as well as my fut. Im exactly 4 months. I see less scalp, so think its starting to happen!!
  10. Gillenator, Many thanks for your detailed response, much appreciated. Yes, Dr Saifi is proficient at FUE I am waiting a reply from him, but in the meantime thought I'd put it out to the forum. The weird thing is that the poor grafts from my UK surgery, appear at lot thicker than my naitive hair and is very wirery. I just hope when the new hair comes in, that its enough to cover it. I may also have a bit of shock loss in the area, which is making these hairs more apparent.
  11. Hi all About 10 years ago, I had a very poor HT from the Noble Clinic in the UK which left my skin with tiny divets and hair growing at the wrong angles . Also, the hair is very wirey. Ive since had 2 HTs with DR Saifi, one of which was a complete success. Im only 4 months post op on the 2nd.. However, I'm still concerned that the poor work i had in the uk is still visible. It may be ok, when I'm at full term So my question is, can I have the poor hair removed via fue and then placed back in the same area at the correct angle.? Is this an option or is it best to pack more hair to camouflage?? DR Saifi chose to add hair to camouflafe, but I am just interested to know if this is an option? I have contacted the doc to ask, but interested in peoples views in the meantime
  12. Hi all Here are my results so far, 11 months to the day. A selection of different lighting. My hair is at a grade 3. Im over the moon to say the least.
  13. Hi Glad you were happy with your procedure with Dr Saifi, I agree he is excellent. I have had great results from my 1st op, now waiting on the results of the 2nd. It would be good to see pics.
  14. Mine was pretty much gone after 10 days an I'm pretty fair skinned. It does make a return though every time I have a bath or shower. I may redness further back though , I'm not sure. If so, it's covered by existing hair.
  15. I''ll give that a try. I'm using Sammy Fat hair thickening mouse . It's working great. Will try the cream also. It's being sold in Superdrug, so give that a try.
  16. Hi mate Glad things are starting to happen for you. My hair from the first op with saifi is amazing. Starting to wear styling products for the first time in 10 years. Really chuffed! I'm only 7 weeks post op from the second, so nothing to report. Nothing bad in terms of shock loss, thank god. Based on others and my results, I'm sure you will be thrilledt, but I would give it at least another 5 months before you judge. Good luck. Keep me posted
  17. Hi. I thought exactly the same when I was researching and I was disappointed when I didn't get that. However, I had an excellent result, so try not to worry at this stage.
  18. Hi All Here are a couple of pictures to show my healing , exactly a week to the day following FUR surgery with Dr Saifi. There is still some slight redness on the mid/crown aread. The donor area is looking very good. I was due back at work today but bottled it a bit. So managed to blag working from home today & tomorrow. The 7 days recovery I hoped for was just a little bit to much to ask for. I reckon another 2 days then all will be fine as I will have a little more hair growth by then. Thanks
  19. Hi all Here are some of my pics from Dr Saifi from 4th October (1250 fue) 1000 crown to add density and cover divits from Nobel Clinic, Gatwick 200 or so in the front, to further camouflage the poor work in the UK 10 years ago fron Nobel. 50 into scar
  20. Hi All I have a bit of a concern. I woke up this morning and noticed blood on my mid scalp area and there were what appeared to be 12 or so grafts on and around my pillow. Im 95% sure these are lost for good but just wondered what the chances were of these being shed normally but within the 2-3 days? I recall from my last treatment, hairs were shedding 6 days after, but there was no blood. So all was ok. I can only think that I scratched my head in the middle of night to cause this as everything was fine before. In the grand scheme of thing 12 grafts isnt much, but im still a little concerned. Any help, assistance, reassurance welcome !! Cheers
  21. Hi All I'm back from Wroclaw after 1250 FUE with Dr Saifi. As Dr Saifi had already seen photos it was a short consoltation with him advising me that I only required 1200 or so grafts. I was hoping for about 1600 or so, but he said it that many was not required. I said Im willing to pay for more but he wouldnt budge, saying it would just be a waste of grafts. The surgery went very well although a couple of the anesthetic injections were very painful, but only lasted a few seconds. Overall the surgery took about 8.5 hours which is a long time compared to the FUT session for more grafts. Based on the FUT session I had previously, I have complete faith in Dr Saifi fue techniques and that the result will again be a good one. In all I had approximately 1000 grafts the crown , 200 in the hair line and 50 grafts into my previous scar. Just for info Dr Saifi done a scar revision from my first poor surgery in the uk. Most of it is fantastic, but there was a small part which he was not happy with. I will upload the pics when I receive. Thanks all
  22. Ive just started to wear it a bit longer and have used some styling products for the first time in about 10 years!! I'll post some new pics shortly.
  23. As everyone else has stated, you cannot go wrong with the doctors in Belgium. If you are looking for a cheaper option then I would recommed Dr Saifi in Poland. I can personally vouch for him. He is a great doctor with great ethics and a very nice bloke too. He came to see me in the hotel I stayed in the day after surgery and also called me at home. He also answers all emails personally in a timely manner. I could not recommend him highly enough, but others will say the same about the doctors they have been with. Good luck
  24. HI After 6 months my scar is completely invisible at a grade 4 (sorry I dont know the MM) at a grade 3 it is just slightly visible (when I say this Im talking very close up with a magnified mirror, although I am a little conscious) Im hoping this will get better with time, but i cannot be certain. At a grade 2.5 -3 its not the scar thats a problem but the hair that grows thrrough it. At the moment they seem to be a little darker than the hair around it, so its only the hair that shows not the scar itself. Having said this, I have a tiny bit of shock loss in one small part, but it seems to be getter better with time. I am back for more surgery though in 2 weeks time and the doc will sort this out by fue at no cost and is giving me a very good discount on the work in the crown. The shock is hardly noticeable, so I am really pleases at the doctors ethics. I wouldnt say I have an amazing donor area, so Im sure you will be fine. But I would say choose your doctor wisely. I didnt, but luckily it paid off. Others arent so lucky !!
