  1. thanks gnx1 for taking time for your response . as you say is most counterfited steroid out there, im researching to find a legit source ,,,not easy!!!
  2. gnx ; this is what i have read too although there is others that say it can cause hairloss. not sure what to think
  3. i had a fut procedure of 1500 grafts just over a year ago and am very pleased with the results however i would like to beef up the hairline a bit more and possibly temporal peaks. i would like to do fue this procedure around 800 grafts according to doc is it easier for a surgeon to beef up hairline after the first procedure as he can see where gaps are for grafts to go? i guess my question is considering i need so very few grafts why did doc not utilise more first time around??
  4. im a keen gym goer and considered using anavar (oxandrolone ) for a while. my reason for this is it is considered the safest roid out there due to fact it does not aromatise. my main concern is will it have effect on hair loss ,,,,,,any opinions welcome
  5. great result for so little grafts looks to have very coarse hair ...super well done
  6. pure dickish ; class and couldnt agree more ;-)
  7. do you mean the concealer on his face or hair ? lol
  8. gnx1 regardless of how the necrosis was caused i would expect my surgeon to answer my emails as obviously is a very traumatic event . its called creating a good patient /doctor relationship. you seem to infer that the doctor is justified in ignoring the patient because it was his fault . thank god you are not a doctor!!
  9. knock out result mate! how much did your work with dr saifi end up costing? cant wait to see how your fue turns out ! need to get my own 1 year pics uploaded!
  10. pictures are fine mate. you are on schedule for a great reault .congrats- is going to take years of you!
  11. it would appear he is as he has just posted result .although is somewhat of a vague post!
  12. i believe my hair transplant was incredible value for money . im just shy of 12 months and my hairline continues to get thicker and thicker. i had 1500 grafts to hairline from dr saifi in poland . i paid 2300 pounds for procedure ,i had many consultations in the uk, clinics here were charging at least double that . i did not think the clinics in the uk were up to par so researched abroad. thankfully i found dr saifi and many others on this site have also enjoyed and benefited from his skills. its important to note price should not be the overriding factor when deciding surgeon but why pay more when there are surgeons out there charging much less and achieving equally good results as some of the more expensive surgeons. i guess there are certain factors that one must look at such as amount of grafts needed, travel involved etc before deciding if hunting out one of these surgeons is indeed going to be value for money. http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/166673-5-month-post-pics-dr-saifi-poland.html just want to make it clear before deciding on surgeon do your research, research ,research and hey if the surgeon you decide to go with based on his previous results is a dam sight less expensive than others then count yourself lucky!! theres some pics of my 5 month progress on my profile and ill be posting my 12 month pics soon
  13. from what i have seen lately Dr Konior in my opinion is producing the cleanest and achieving the most superb results than any other surgeon. ;-)
  14. yous are all very quick to state that this wasnt an exceptional case etc, the doctor has studied god knows how many years to enable him to make such decisions. do you think he made the decision lightly , i dont think so! agenttye , you may not think that hairloss is enough reason to commit suicide and to be honest it wouldnt drive me to such an extreme but who knows what self esteem issues this patient has perhaps compounded with lots of other issues. the doctor and the patients psychiatrist and also the patients father deemed it a necessary procedure for the patient to receive. this shows the gravity of the patients mental state . self esteem issues are a very sensitive issue and whilst what may seem very minor to some people are major concerns to other . yes the patient may lose more hair or he may be lucky and not. but for the meantime the patients mental state has improved and this has bound to be a good thing! everyone knew what they were getting involved in and the result looks fantastic ! heres hopeing the patient hairloss issues are behind him now!
  15. looks awesome bucks hairline looks sweet and when you grow it out like pre op pic you wont know yourself ;-)
  16. buzz im wondering how it will get any better looking at transformation but you have only begun id love to see your hair grown out looking awesome
  17. wish you all the best spanker i think you will get awesome result with dr konior
  18. coulg you explain the state of his hair as badbeat suggests? ik have no idea how that amount of head was covered , his curly coarse hair may offer some explanation. however it blows theorys of density per cm out of the water
  19. spanker is spot on the money plausibleboss; that has to be the most implausible advice i have ever heard. jokes aside you are completely ignorant re hts. i suggest you try and educate yourself starting at the very basics. you need to learn to crawl before you can walk
  20. jerrycan if going for fue you will have to shave the donor area. what area are you looking to address i had my temple areas filled and i was able to do this without shaving although he did shave a couple of area but was easily camouflaged with existing hair. in terms of hat the only time i took mine off was going through the security check points. i was lucky that it wasnt very obvious that i had anything done due to existing hair able to cover. trust me people arent to worried or paying attention to you , its all in your own head . i thought everyone was staring at me but they werent,
  21. chrisdav; looking much better from were you started are you considering any more procedures?
