  1. I have only just realised that Dr. Victor Frankenstein's monster has hair! Hair piece, FUT or FUE? I wonder if either Mary Shelley or Dr. Frankenstein himself, holds the key to hair restoration? With all the problems the monster has to deal with, the fella still has a great hairline?! I can't find any Dr. Frankenstein patient reviews anywhere, there hasn't been much written since 1818, many stories have been told of the initial 'success' story, but not much about the actual doctor.
  2. I'll be following Michaels (Mickys) progress, great work team Farjo! Mick, can you let us know when the edit of that days events (live transplant UK style) will be up on the Farjo website, uhh, or is it there already...?
  3. Yeah, good shout Bonks, 2000 and he'd have maxed-out then i'd say, impo, his hair could manage another 2000 and then he'd have to wait like the rest of us, for the miracle cure, no amount of Rooney money can do anything but wait...!
  4. I can't see Rooney waiting til he retires to go for another, if England go out Sunday (please, NO!) then he could fit in another FUE and give it a month from playing pre season tornaments say. He seems easy going enough about it all, talking about it, wearing concealer then not with the football world watching, good for him. Of course, those not familiar with HT results and concealers won't have any idea what the hell is going on, but puts them (hairloss crew) in the driving seat to go out and find out, they'll be newbies here because of Rooney, just hope they find the forums before sitting down for a HT without the knowledge! Anyway, Rooney Sunday, England!
  5. I'd have thought hairspray Bonk, it was in reference to Carrols (footballer) products as he ha long hair so noneed for gel and Rooney mentioned hoping to have hair like Carrol one day, which i thought funny and i'm sure it was said tongue in cheek!
  6. Rooney scores a header to take England through to the quarters! Hair looked good, though caked in concealer (but that shows with a HT what can be done to aid the appearance of a head of hair!) and he had time to joke about 'product' in a post match interview. Nice one Rooney!!
  7. Haa, sounds like you're as optimistic with Englands chances as you are with your own hair growth, no doubt. Fair enough though, i just want them to go all the way so's i see Rooneys barnet in HD more often. I'd prefer England to win whatever though really.
  8. ...oh, and i think it has to be someone not quite in the limelight as far as television punditry because who would risk a HT during the Euro, when they are contracted to appear on TV a day or two after going through an FUT. Razor was a good shout, the type to put himself in the line-of-fire and balls big enough to just go ahead with it all, live stream etc
  9. This is a fantastic project, another chance for us all to catch the procedure in an in-person type way. I admire the chap (whoever it is) as we all know, to just acknowlege hairloss at all, is brave! Good luck to the Farjo clinic, well done to everyone involved and of course, best of luck to the important guys; the follicles, haa.
  10. England V France in the Euro, he can't play as he's banned but he'll be in plenty of coverage and he looks to me, like he's wearing his hair au netural. What's peoples thoughts?
  11. Being an avid spotter of 'celebs' that maywell be losing their hair, Tim Lovejoy was a guy i was keen on keeping an eye on, as he has diffuse thinning and has steadily been losing his hair over the past few years, more so the last few months. I was dissapointed to hear Something for the Weekend (sorry nonUK guys) was finishing, but then pleased to hear Sunday Brunch starting up just so's i could keep an eye on his scalp, what an odd bunch we are! ...he even mentioned his lack of thickness on the first Sunday Brunch this weekend (25.03.12). Anyone else notice his thinning? How do you think he'll cope, TV personality balding, hasn't worked out before for some? Hair concealer user? Can't have two bald presenters on one show (Simon Rimmer being the other)? I am in no way taking the pi55 out of thinning celebs, please don't get me wrong, i simply use celebs as a guide for my thinning etc, i'm pretty far from ever taking the pi55 out of mine, there's and anyone elses hairloss situation. Regards,
  12. 5HD (UK channel) Man U at home for Europa game. Rooney's hair = A-MA-ZING!! ...and i mean amazing!?!!

    Finpecia

Good one! Good luck with the treatment Rod, let us know via this thread or PM on how you get on.
  14. I wonder how many men who worry about taking Propecia smoke, drink alcohol, eat junk food and/or have any other vices that could screw up their insides and indeed their 'outsides', get a grip fellas!
  15. Is there a possibilty that Finasteride will not be able to be purchased at some point in the future, what's peoples opinions on that one? I've taken Propecia for 2 years and i haven't lost much hair since i started, with no sides that i didn't have already (of those) that can be associated with taking the drug ie depression, low labido, low self estem etc etc and none of which i blame on the drug, i already suffered with these ao called sides, go figure!!

    Finpecia

Took the first pill today and the little guy hasn't fallen off so, well, let's see if he's still there tomorrow! Joking aside, i feel i've made the right decision as Finpecia is from a good source and it saves me a few pennies which can go in the 'getmyhairback' jar for bigger and better treatments.

    Finpecia

Hi guys, Just after a bit of reassurance really, i've been on Propecia for the last 2 years and have only now decided to get myself on Finpecia, down to the recommendations on this site by some forum members, just wanted an all clear! and yeah go with it it's fine! before i bit the bullet so to say. I've attachted 3 pics- Propecia i have been buying and it's (as far as i'm concerned) done me the world of good! and is perfect for the job, each pill has the day so you know when you've taken it, no forgetting. a drug i bought that i wasn't to sure about, not the results just the way it was packaged, i have used this as back up for when i'm waiting on Propecia to come through the post and also holidays, so only really about a 20 times in the last 2 years. the latest batch from (recommended site) Finpecia, should i just crack on as normal, once a day and get on with it or have a transitional period between generic Propecia and Finpecia, thoughts? Thanks again to those that reply, if i get approx 3 replies saying all is well i'll be happy and get on with popping the hair saving pills. EDIT: Sorry guys, i've just tried to leave the pics in my profile page but there's no where i can do that so, well i'm screwed, can't show them, Admin? anyone? uhh hang on has this worked?[ ATTACH]26960[/ATTACH]
  18. Ok, not quite 2 years, a few days short but before i use my 100th post on some random thread, i thought'd i'd go back to my original thread on this here forum. It'll be 2 years in March that i've been taking Propecia, crickey those 2 years have flown. The result? well, as i had wished, it's slowed it down if not stopped the hairloss, i really do feel that. Looking at pics from 2 years ago i would say i've added a small amount of density, and when i say small i mean small and (gun held to my head) i'll say yeah it works, so there we have it. Here's to the next 2 years and who knows what will be the case then ...Replicel ...Histogen ...Androgen ...etc etc ...we'll see... Good luck guys, regards, 57mph
  19. How's the receding/diffuse thinners/balding types looking this time round over in states guys, anyone at all on the norwodd scale in with a shout? ...i don't think so. Point's being proven. 57mph
  20. MyNameIsRich, well said, i'm totally with you. He (Rooney) has done enough for HTs and given people the balls to go out and look into this hairloss game, i feel some forum members need this guy to give a personal running commentary on the results and the day to day up keep of his FUE for them to respect him, at all! He can do as he pleases as i've said in previous posts, some guys need to give him a break and not get so bloody uptight about it, Rooney doesn't owe them anything. If they themselves were just as ballsy they wouldn't have random profile names and show their real names instead! 57mph
  21. Richie, do like i do & when you know Manchester Utd are going to be on MOTD simply tune in, it's how i got to see Rooney as of yesterday, it can't be simpler matey! Oh, unless you're outside the UK then maybe catch it on youtube, i'm not about to search for links and pics for others here, you gotta look into it for yourself see. Go check Rooney out, i keep saying these 'celebs' are case in point and the easiest form of research in regards to HT results, going. Let us know what you think when you've seen the latest. Regards, 57mph
  22. Oh, and, impo in no way is Rooney wearing any sort of concealer. Post match interview (close-up) in HD shows the FUE in all it's glory. 57mph
  23. Looks great, he's going as far as sporting the semi mohawk look at Stamford Bridge today!
  24. Everything and Nothing is a secret on these hairloss forums, it's that you have to sift through the all and nothing to get to the good stuff and even then it may end up bumff, ie rubbish! Let's see where this one goes...
  25. He'll be about to go in for his 2nd procedure around then perhaps, and if he does i hope he's just as forth coming as the first. Post match chat, his hair soaking, close-up, he looks like he did 8years ago, i don't understand the 'using concealers' claim, can concealers really stand up to a game like today?
