I’m at 2 months today after the transplant and it looks so bad what do you think can be a chance that the transplant failed or something ?

Have you heard about the ugly duckling period? At 2 months your probably in your worst period - in a few months it should get better so chin up! 🙂

Surely you learned during your research that this is what happens in the first 3 months of a HT? Everything looks exactly as it is supposed to at this stage. You don't see things start to turn a corner until close to the 4 month mark.

This is normal and expected at 2 months. It is called the ugly duckling phase that lasts for 3 months. All transplanted hair will fall off but the root remains intact. Things will start to sprout after 3 month mark.

12.5k grafts with Dr. Felipe Pitella in Jan 2024.

2 months is way too early to judge.

Yep. As the others have said, you're in the worst phase of the hair transplant. It's normal and pretty much everyone has to go through it. It starts getting better in another month or 2.
