As said it can be shock, please post the post op surgery photos of the extractions so we can see where and how intense they were taken or it is guess work. How many grafts taken and what was the concentration etc. Photos will give an idea of what to expect and then what is probably shock. To go back to them a second time as you did, then you probably had a pleasing result and trust them, so ask and speak to them also if you have concerns as you should have a relationship with them now and they can assist. Hi Jack, what is your age and are you on meds for hair loss? If I understand you are not on any yet. Be careful with small surgeries if young and not on meds..1000 - 1200 and get on meds to see firstly if you tolerate them and then if you stabilize or have growth...If not on meds then the risk is you have this transplant become isolated and will be a bad decision if you then lose significantly with time...So, if under 25 forget it and just meds is the best way, if over then meds first and then see for HT. Be good to see your donor also to make sure all good.

Yes I don't see DUPA here. Keep in mind also a percentage of hair will be also in the Telogen phase naturally when measured and really I cannot see DUPA in these photos. These experts you saw in person, what density readings did they give, how many hairs per FU and what was the miniaturisation measured? To have none is the other impossible end of the scale and even a healthy scalp has them...if they were experts then I assume you got some real verifiable data and not just opinion? By all means see others but make sure you get real data.

Influencers are 100s so why not pay a doctor? They have zero guarantee you will go to them so why should they invest time and money to see people who can use them just for the information they give with at times very expensive equipment and expertise and then fly off to a doctor who gave them zero time? As said, most decent doctors will also carry over the cons fee into surgery credit, so if a patient is serious then they won't mind this. Don't expect free doctor and clinic time..those days are long gone now and were very much abused by some who had no intention of going to the doctor who has examined and give them detailed info for free and there were even threads and posts on social saying they used Dr.X to fly to Dr.Y and recommending others used this way to get a good cons for free and fly to a cheaper doctor. This was a trigger for some to say we need to start charging.

If you just had it then you need to let it grow or laser it all out...no clinic can do anything to assist until it all grows and then if you want to remove it then laser is probably the best way for a large area but it is too early to presume. Let it grow in and see how things develop is probably the best option and make sure to be on meds to maintain your hair. You don't want to punch out 3200 grafts...Laser is probably going to be better than electrolysis IF you go that route. You have only had it so relax and see how things pan out is the honest opinion as many get buyers remorse at this early stage and may be happy once things calm down and then grow. What is your pain sensitivity, how many injections did you have, was your native hair miniaturised etc. So, there are a few variables in it. ...It will take usually 3 to 6 months and you can add minoxidil into the mix as an Anagen stimulator to help it come back in. Shock loss for the most part is temporary assuming the native hair quality was good and this is as said, shock from injections etc and not damage, and therefore 30 days is still early. Try to relax and it should come good in time.

Be good to see the side profiles also but from the photos you have thinning in the nape and probably low density and a lot of 2s in the donor and thinning in the crown. So, loss can progress to be advanced and donor does seem very limited so yes go and see competent doctors who can measure it all and then go from there.

It is not only the skill of cutting the site angles correctly and density and direction, they are usually under 15% and very flush. But, also choosing the right hairs, if you fill them with coarse occipital hair then don't expect a natural outcome.

It is all part of a chain and it is important to have excellent doctors with competent techs who will do their part. Great doctors with poor techs = poor outcomes, as does great techs with poor doctors. It is only as good as the weakest link and so look for doctors who have very well trained and experienced techs.
