The after images were taken 3.5 years after his original procedure. The patient moved away, and he self-submitted his after images to our clinic, which is why they are shown with a different background. This patient conducted his follow-up with Dr. Arocha after he moved away - so I believe he had a family member or a friend take these images. It was nice to see the visible improvement post-tp!
