Temple Point work

Greetings everyone,

I am interested in getting a hair transplant, specifically targeting the restoration of my temple points. I am seeking a surgeon who has a proven track record in performing successful temple point work.

After conducting some research, I have come across Mwamba and Feriduni as two surgeons who have demonstrated exceptional temple point work. However, the cost per graft is quite high, which is a bit discouraging. Based on my analysis of similar cases, I estimate that I would need approximately 2500 grafts to achieve my desired outcome, which would cost around 10,000 Euros.

I am wondering if there are more affordable options available for this type of procedure, or if temple point work is exclusively performed by only a few surgeons worldwide. For reference, I am currently at a NW2 stage of hair loss.

Temple points is something you DO NOT want to skimp on, better to leave them alone than choose a doctor because of budget. The best temple point surgeons aren’t cheap.

Indeed, good temple work is one of the hardest things in hair transplants

To date, I have come across several hairline restoration procedures that appear to be conservative and satisfactory. However, although they have effectively balanced out the hairline, they neglect the temple point area, which results in the forehead appearing visually disproportionate. In terms of framing the face, these hair transplant procedures do not achieve the desired aesthetic outcome. For instance, I have been in communication with Fuecapilar, but I have yet to observe any instances of temple point restoration. It is unfortunate because their prices are appealing.

By registering and posing my question on this forum, I have confirmed my need to contact Feriduni. I am quite impressed with his hair restoration style. My hope is that his waiting list is less than a year.

Feriduni is definitely a good choice, I wouldn’t worry about wait lists. 1 year is insignificant in the grand scheme.

Check out Pinto and Ferreira.  I was specifically looking at them both due to temples.  They are very similar and very affordable.  I did initially look into Feriduni, but, saw 1 result on here that was less than stellar, so, I passed.

We offer video consultations for those who have no other choice than travel the world to get to Belgium 🙂
Dr. Feriduni always prefers to see the patient in person, talk about expectations, do specific examinations etc.
There is a waiting time, also for video consultations. But we can assure it is absolutely worth the wait.

I agree with @Melvin- Moderator, temples are the hardest to transplant and definitely something you don't want to skimp on.

Feriduni is a true elite doctor, with plenty of high resolution, honest pictures with close ups of his work. Awesome surgeon choice!

I'm glad to hear that. I'm highly interested in scheduling a consultation as well. Can you please suggest the most efficient means of communication for doing so?

As for cheaper options, don't even bother.  

For example, I'm personally a fan of Nader's work, and would recommend him to anyone considering Mexico.  But his temple points? I'd skip them.  This is true for most surgeons.  There's a reason most themselves just don't do temple points.  They've VERY hard to get right.

Honestly even the best doctors in the world can’t master temple work perfectly that is the most difficult part of a transplant and very risky. Unless you’re willing to spend top dollar don’t do it at all or you could end up looking much worse than before like a freak of nature

Not that I'm necessarily disagreeing, but where have you seen Nader's temple work? I've looked at every Nader review on here and don't remember seeing a single person who got temple peaks done with him so your claim is suspicious.
