Yeah.  My results are even better now that we're almost 2 years in.  It's looking great.

As for protocol, was just one pill a day, for 3 months.  The pill, if I'm not mistaking had 2.5mg of Cialis, 2.5mg of Viagra, and it also had 5mg of minoxidil + arginine.  If you really want to know, I can look for what the Arginine dosage was, although I think it was 5mg.

Thanks so much for responding. Did you start taking the medication on the day of the surgery?

Also if you can look up the exact dosage that would be amazing. I think it would be great to have that kind of information "eternalized" on this forum for perfectionist folks like us who like to give themselves any possible edge. Or doctors who are looking to get even better results for their patients. Even if there's no empirical data showing effectiveness, it's nice to know the exact amounts so it may be iterated upon in the future.

Yeah, same day, after operation.  I'm pretty sure I'm correct on those dosages.

Just a totally random thought. This makes me wonder if regular cardio or whole foods plant-based diets would improve graft survival rates after surgery. Because both are really effective in making/keeping arteries healthy.

My diet and fitness has always been on point.

Honestly, genetics is everything, after that hormones. Fitness and diet play a very small role. David Goggins, extremely healthy and fit is bald.
@Fue3361

would love to see an update bro 🙏

David Goggins has an extremely stressful lifestyle, notice all of the cold plunge, ultra marathon, super “fitness” people have either little or no hair.

It’s well understood that stress (both physical and mental) is detrimental to both hair and general health - hence why even natural bodybuilders tend to die earlier, and sadly the cyclists in my family died very premature heart related deaths (44, 51 and 52 years old, perfect “health”, plant based diets - which we now know, based on our gastrointestinal tract length and ph of our stomachs, is far from our natural, optimal diets)

I don’t mean to force an opinion or otherwise, and take what I’ve written with zero credibility as I honestly don’t want to seem like I have an agenda, I simply want users to know the risks involved with high stress lifestyles and how moderate activity and happy healthy relationships combined with a natural diet (lots of meat + seasonal fruits and occasional vegetables) will increase your life and healthspan as well as ensure that you have your well earned head of hair for as long as possible.

Feel free to delete this post if it is in any way controversial, again, I don’t wish to persuade anyone of anything.

Asked some acquaintances who have not seen me in 2+ years what they think of my new hairstyle (had it in a tight ponytail).  They told me it’s much better than before, and that I should have always had it like this instead of bangs since my hairline frames my face so well and because I “dont suffer from hairloss”.

They don’t know that I had a HT.  What a great compliment that was.

Did you happen to check your blood pressure before and after taking this? Did you have any issues with orthostatic hypotension? (ie. standing up too quickly and feeling light headed)

Nope.  But I've never had blood pressure issues.  I'm a very healthy individual on pretty much any metric.

If you get a chance, could you check the dosages on your Cialis/Viagra? 2.5 mg each and 5 mg of arginine doesn't sound right to me.

Do you have a picture of the bottle?

Thank you in advance!

Just checked the label.  Yeah, those are not the dosages.  Did I write that somewhere in this thread?  Damn, just checked, I did.  Crazy how memory can just be wrong like that!

The dosages were:

5mg Sildenafil

5mg Tadalafil

3mg Arginine

2.5mg Minoxidil

I had it right on other thread.  Somehow got it confused on this one.  Here's from other thread:

That's really interesting. So baby doses across the board, I'm guessing to avoid blood pressure issues. Thanks for checking.

DId you experience issues with any, uhm, unwanted boners?

They did happen very easily the first 2 days, although not completely out of control, then went back to normal.

update with donor?

Nothing really to show, because I have long hair now.  Donor looks untouched.

You have some awesome hair, but to be honest you didn't have bad hair to begin with. I can't even remember ever having that much hair.
