It resembles female pattern loss to some degree. He was concerned about the noticeable contrast in his hair, with some areas looking particularly dense and then others completely bald. He underwent 2766 FUE grafts 12 months ago. He is currently on compounded finasteride/minoxidil spray. This is a photos immediately post op day 2 (procedure was done over 2 consecutive sessions given it was over 2000 grafts). Considering the pattern, I did see that there was no good “value” in targeting the entire native dense areas for the time being and so we just went for the definite bald regions.
