Of the 116 grafts, 337 are singles, 632 are doubles, and 147 are three hair follicular units. Patient began a regimen of Finasteride and minoxidil concurrently with the initial FUE session. For this case the best concentration of 2 & 3 hair follicular units, which we wanted to use internally behind the hairline, were located in the central back region. The area below the extracted zone toward the nape is lower density and not a "safe" zone..
