Certain cuts would show it more. At your young age then you should visit dermatologist like i mentioned. Try and ask your barber for more flattering cuts in future. 
Your too young to even start considering any meds.

No this guy is only 16. Nobody should start meds before 18 at least. Fin/Propecia is only recommended for 18+ years.

Just see a dermatologist and start multivitamins. Don't go for Finasteride as of now.

That is definitely a bald spot. It could be alopecia areata, although, it’s in a part where it’s almost always genetic hair loss. Good idea to consult with a dermatologist first. Where do you live?
