I have been taking finasteride for a few years, and still take it. Regular Member Baconstrip Posted July 11, 2017 Author Regular Member Share Posted July 11, 2017 I had fairly advanced hairloss all across the top of my head, including the crown. I plan to address the crown again in a future procedure, and Dr Rahal placed the 4000 grafts that I had in the front section. Im pretty tall, so it dosn't worry me too much. Its unrealistic to expect to fix the whole area in one go. I didn't think to post photos of the top of my head, as this area had nothing to do with the transplant, I just posted photos of the results. Yes, One of the guys in the Rahal guesthouse at the time wasn't taking it and it defies belief. What is the point?! I met up with him again recently though and it seems he may be considering it. Senior Member jcs87 Posted November 22, 2017 Senior Member Share Posted November 22, 2017 hey baconstrip would you mind posting some more pics since u should be right around the 12 month mark. 9 mo photos look great but the frontal hairline looked a little see-thru in the 2nd pic outdoor - not sure if it was just the angle/lighting. Would be interested to see some more angles of the hairline such as topdown

It’s necessary to help reduce the extent of future surgeries.
