BHRClinic
Hi, Thanks for the comments. Density in the hairline can vary from patient to patient. Calibre of the hair and average of hairs/FU have an incidence on that issue. That said, we could be talking about 45-55 FU/cm2 in the hairline. One of the characteristics of Dr. Bisanga hairlines is that he searches "soft" hairlines using thin follicles and a zig-zag design, avoiding a "wall" effect. Here some comparatives before-after. Kind regards, BHR Clinic http://www.bhrclinic.com info@bhrclinic.com
SKYLAR
thats just way too high of a hairline and the temples weren't even addressed. I see this a lot with this doctor. I'm assuming its to cram more grafts in there but at the expense of still looking like you need a HT defeats the purpose of the HT in the first place. Senior Member JON86 Posted September 12, 2016 Senior Member Share Posted September 12, 2016 (edited) Posts like these are a reason people should do their research . The information above is ridiculous. The hair line is not too high it's age appropriate. This is a huge improvement. This is a case of a doctor that cares for the long term outlook of a patient and it is a great result. Lowering the hairline too much is the absolute worst thing that can be done for someone with aggressive hair loss. Temples are the absolute last thing to be addressed in a high norwood. This is a good transplant. Poor advise. Transplants are supply and demand nothing else. If you have the donor you may be able to have a good procedure. Great result . It's a personal preference. I'm visiting him next month for consult and one of my main priorities is to redesign my previously transplanted hairline and make it more curved and mature looking to ensure the long term satisfaction
Senior Member chrisdav Posted September 15, 2016 Senior Member Share Posted September 15, 2016 Quite difficult case but good result with number of grafts used. Looks very natural. 2 poor unsatisfactory hair transplants performed in the UK. Based on vast research and meeting patients, I travelled to see Dr Feller in New York to get repaired. I agree that the hair line is definitely not too high. But, the temples look bad in my opinion. They really look like they do need another HT. And No, a 31 years old temples should NOT be empty. So, its not age appropriate. However, the middle of the hairline looks good.

Senior Member hsrp10 Posted November 29, 2016 Senior Member Share Posted November 29, 2016 Looks age appropriate and gives him a professional look. He could always do the temple corners later, but he's probably already satisfied with the look. go dense or go home Unbiased advice and opinions based on 25 plus years of researching and actual experience with hair loss, hair restoration via both FUT & FUE, SMP, scalp issues including scalp eczema & seborrheic dermatitis and many others HSRP10's favorite FUT surgeons: *Dr. Konior, *Dr Hasson, Dr. Rahal HSRP10's favorite FUE surgeons: *Dr. Konior, *Dr. Bisanga, Dr. Erdogan, Dr. Couto (*indicates actual experience with doctor)
