Senior Member sutureless Posted April 1, 2016 Senior Member Share Posted April 1, 2016 Nice improvement, but filling in temple points like below would have made it look more natural, like in frontal shots you can make out some abrupt starting of temple points which could have been smoothed out in my opinion. but absolutely nice result on top with excellent density given the amount of grafts.
