Prof. Gursel Turgut vs Dr. Ali Karahan ?

Hi All,

 

i'm 39 old and i really decide to get FUE on my head... I would like to do this in Turkey because it is very cheap and acutally my preferences go to two doctors:

 

- Prof. Gursel Turgut or Dr. Ali Karahan

 

Both advise me 3600 ~ 3900 grafts with FUE + PRP Therapy inclusive (Platelet-rich Plasma). The cost ~ 2300 euros all-inclusive (fue,hotel,etc..)

 

I have heard great things about Dr. Hakan Doganay, but unfortunately he is too expensive for me. (i think he wants 2,5 eur pro graft).

 

I'm looking for review on these two doctors or an another that you will advise me in turkey.

Hi I have been hearing about Dr. Ali Karahan and seems very popular but no information on his work or on feedback from people so far. I am also researching him but I have not received any answers from people who chose him for hair transplant. Please let me know if you were able to go to Turkey to do the hair tansplant operation. The forum and its members are helpful , but they can only be helpful if they know about the surgeons you're referring to . I've not heard of either of these surgeons and I'm guessing no one else has .

There are a handful of recommended surgeons from Turkey thru various forums and all of them provide pictures and offer patient experience reports, and have some sort of track record of results. If you can't find them from a forum search then I'd stop looking into them. A hair transplant is not the time to be experimenting with an unknown doctor. Hell it's never time to experiment with a surgeon. Stick to the tried and true.

I have performed a hair transplant on 7/1/2016. The details of the process are documented. Video and pictures:

 

 

1. Access to the operating room:

 

The operating room was not as high as I expected, especially the existence of a closet

3. Start using DHI:

 

The agreement was that the process would be using the DHI, and the Dr began the process as if it were actually DHI:

 

 

 

 

 

4 - stopped in the middle of the process:

 

The doctor stopped working in the middle of the operation and told me he could not Complete it using the DHI, it must be completed using the FUE, and we have no other choice, and was forced to agree.

5 - exit the doctor from the operating room after opening the holes:

 

After opening the holes, the doctor came out of the operating room, although I had agreed with him to do all the stages of the process by himself. He left the room and when he left, I told him that our agreement was not to leave the room. He answered: my part is finished

 

 

6 - Find the dumps dumped with garbage:

أسأل الله ان تكون هذه المشاركة خيرا لي ولمن يريدون اجراء عملية زراعة الشعر , وذلك لتفادي ما حدث معي , حيث كلفتني العملية 2900$ غير شامل لتذاكر الطيران او ابر البلازما.

 

لقد قمت بإجراء عملية زراعة للشعر بتاريخ 7/1/2016 وفيما يلي تفاصيل العملية موثقة.بالفيديو والصور:

 

 

1- الدخول الى غرفة العمليات:

لم تكن غرفة العمليات بالمستوى الذي كنت اتوقعه , واخص بالذكر وجود خزانة

غير نظيفة و بدت لي بالغرفة بعض الكراكيب كما في الفيديو التالي:

 

 

 

2- بدأ العملية:

- رغم اتفاقي مع الطبيب على تواجده وقيامه بكل مراحل العملية , الا انني تفاجأت

بقيام شخص اخر بسحب البصيلات دون اشراف الدكتور.

 

- كان التخدير سيء حيث قامت به احدا الممرضات دون تواجد الطبيب , وقد تسبب

لي بألم قبل واثناء وبعد العملية.

 

- جاء بعدها الدكتور ليقوم بالعملية بعد ان تم تشغيل الأغاني بغرفة العمليات وهذا ما أثار مخاوفي منذ البداية.

, وانه لا يوجدا أمامنا أي خيار اخر , طلبت المترجم الا انه لم يكن موجودا , واصبحت مضطرا للموافقة.

5- خروج الدكتور من غرفة العمليات بعد فتح الثقوب:

بعد فتح الثقوب , خرج الدكتور من غرفة العمليات رغم انني كنت قد اتفقت معه على ان يقوم بكل مراحل العملية بنفسه , حيث خرج من الغرفة وعند خروجه اخبرته بان اتفاقنا هو ان لا يغادر الغرفة , فرد علي

6- العثور على الجرافت ملقاة بالزبالة:

بعد خروج الدكتور جاء المترجم "عبد الرحمن واخبرته اني غير راض عن ما حدث , وقلت له انظر كيف خرج الدكتور ولا يزال هناك اكثر من 600 بصيلة لم بتم زراعتها بعد, وقمنا بعدها , ثم قال لي "وعد مني راح يطلعلك شعر مثل ما بدك واحسن"

 

وبعد ان خرج هو الآخر , انهت الممرضات البصيلات خلال وقت لا يتجاوز ال 20 دقيقة

مما اثار شكوكي , كيف حدث هذا !!!!

 

ثم قامت الممرضة بوضع بعض الضمادات على رأسي , وربطة الرأس , وطلبت منها ان اجري مكالمة فخرجت , عندها قمت انا بالذهاب الى سلة الزبالة وفتحتها ووجد بها الجرافت كما توقعت , فبدأت بالتصوير وناديت الممرضة فدخلت للغرفة , كما هو موضح بالفيديو التالي:

بعد ان سحبت من الممرضة الجرافت من يدي , وبالتأكيد لم اكن ارغب بالدخول بأي مجهود عضلي او مرهق وقتها بقي بعض البصيلات بيدي كما هو موضح بالفيديو التالي:

Holy shit this is nuts. This is why you should always do your research people and not stinge out on a cheap doctor.
