These are the result of 5206 (1200 from beard) grafts from a 32 years old patient. We first post 7 month results of this case, and will update it ones we receive new pictures from the patient in the following months.

 

Some of the pictures are not very clear since we received them from the patient, but they are clear enough to compare before/after results.

We use CHOI IMPLANTER PEN technique to implant the grafts. With this technique adjusting the angles of the grafts is easy if a doctor has enough experience. Since we are very confident with our techniques (CHOI and FUE), we get very natural results as they can be seen from the results we posted.

Looks like he has quite a few fue grafts left on his donor.

Dr. Doganay, for 5206 grafts and patient being 7 months post op in those photos, at what percentage would you characterize graft yield/growth thus far in terms of growth? You've given him some decent coverage based on his original norwood pattern.

I think the hairline is too high and the temples need some attention. he appears to have plenty of donor hair left. I think he cud use another 1000-1500 grafts.

 

doesn't seem like all 5000 grafts took either cause I've seen plenty of cases by doganay with this many grafts with much better coverage.

 

maybe the patient has a little of the "X" factor going on.

The hairline does not look too high. What it is is that the density looks unnatural for a receding hairline-look. A softer feathered high hairline wouldve been best practice.
