I think learning from these comments will benefit him in the long run. If some patients aren't getting some attention from Dr.Bhatti than it means he is lagging in that department. As you know in western culture meeting patients expectation is MUST. I hope he doesn't try to run factory with HT. He does need to provide more patient care and spend more time with patients. Hi U2rock, Yes, absolutely. We take all Patient feedback very seriously and try to use it to make our process/service more streamlined and efficient (wherever necessary). As I have said many times, like everyone else, we are not perfect. At the end of the day, we want to do whatever we can to have happy and satisfied Patients. We are definitely not planning to turn our Clinic into an HT factory. That said, please do note that when the Clinic has only one HT Surgeon (Dr. Bhatti) and he handles all the Patient consultations and emails himself, sometimes some Patients might feel that all their questions did not get answered. It is rare but it can happen. The other solution would be to "outsource" these tasks to some other members of our staff but Dr. Bhatti wants to provide personalized service. I monitor the forums constantly and make sure that all our Patients and potential Patients are getting the information that they are looking for. My HT was on 19-March-14 with 3875 grafts: Singles - 779 Doubles - 1705 Triples - 1391 I never took anything after the surgery but at the same time never lost hairs with few here and there. At this point, I am looking to put more density in frontal and little bit in crown if there are some donor hair available. First time I've got done FUE. Should I consider FUE again? Do you think my hair density should look like this after 3875 grafts? Pre-surgery pics are on first page. I'll be doing some homework who is the best and economical at the same time. I haven't heard from doctor yet. In my previous posts, Dr.Bhatti's rep "California" just defended but no action or gave me guidance from that side. Lets see if I hear anything at this point. I am a norwood 4 and just got my HT done from Dr Bhatti a week back - 3000 grafts in frontal and crown. M in the painful and itching period right now, and just waiting for the week to pass by. I think your transplant has shown progress but not sure if the slow speed is something to worry about yet. Will look forward to more updates from you and hope you gain more density soon.
