sudhir45418
Hello All, Today I have completed 2 months of my FUT. My doc has informed me that he has transplanted 2800 hairs. As of now I do not see good results... my scalp is still red and density is very low as it can be seen from the attached pics. I have undergone through various posts over internet and all says that it will be ok after a certain period of time. Moreover, they says that it would be premature to say anything about results in a2 months time. But could someone please advise me from the pic attached as how is it going? Thanks in advance. Regular Member unclejesse777 Posted October 23, 2012 Regular Member Share Posted October 23, 2012 I know how hard the waiting part can be, but you have to try and relax and be patient. 2 months is way too early to try and judge results. You most likely won't see anything start until about 4 months, and even then, it's still early. The 4 month mark is usually when hair starts growing in, and in the months that follow more will come, and the hair will satrt to mature. You won't see a final result till about 1 year. The waiting is the hardest part, but hang in there.
Mick from Farjo
Sudhir, Imagine that you are in a soccer match...at the moment you have not kicked off and are still warming up. Try to chill out about your hair, stop looking for signs of growth and soon enough things will start to happen. Raphael84
UncleJesse is right. I know that it is tough to remain patient, but at two months out, the infamous "ugly duckling" phase. You should be in a similar situation to your pre HT place, but with the added "bonus" of reddening skin in the recipient area. Hang in there and be patient. Stop looking in the mirror and analysing everything every couple of hours, and try and enjoy this time for what it is. Keep us posted!
