Regular Member DoctorWho Posted September 4, 2011 Regular Member Share Posted September 4, 2011 To those who had HT before, which of these is better to use post op HT. Baseball cap seems to be more constrictive right?
Senior Member aaron1234 Posted September 4, 2011 Senior Member Share Posted September 4, 2011 If it's a baseball cap - good - just wear it loose. No fitted caps in my opinion. The larger the hat the better. Senior Member NEWHAIRPLEASE Posted September 4, 2011 Senior Member Share Posted September 4, 2011 Yeah, I wore a baseball hat and put the back fasten in the last hole. If you can get by without wearing a hat for a couple of weeks that will do good for healing as well. Newhairplease!! Senior Member orlhair1 Posted September 4, 2011 Senior Member Share Posted September 4, 2011 A loose baseball cap. Your clinic will show you how to put it on and take it off without disturbing the grafts Surgery - Dr. Ron Shapiro FUT 6/14/11 - 3048 grafts Surgery - Dr. Ron Shapiro FUE 1/28/13 & 1/29/13 - 1513 grafts http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/orlhair1
Senior Member Sean Posted September 4, 2011 Senior Member Share Posted September 4, 2011 I'd go with baseball caps. I agree with the posters above, Yea you definitely have to wear something loose. I would not risk anything that would disturb the grafts. A very loose baseball cap.
