This patient of Dr. True's is an executive that asked for a conservative approach to his restoration. Dr. True performed 3 FUE sessions totaling 2187 grafts. He was able over the last 3.5 years to seamlessly restore permanent density throughout the front/top region.

The donor harvesting looks like it could be covered up with the patients hair while healing . Pretty nice being able to go around without having the whole donor shaved down . A big plus if you have to be back at work soon after the procedure .

Can you harvest from the same areas if the remaining donor hair density is real thick ? Nice results in the recipient area as well .Looks totally natural .

Orangehair,

Thank you for sharing this case. To echo a few earlier posters, I think these results look very natural and age-appropriate. Nicely done!

multiplier - to answer your question - because this patient needed to return to work as soon as possible, he chose FUE as it would have the least impact in terms of discomfort, and in turn not needing to take medications that might impair the ability to do his job. thanks for your comment*
