Dr. Alan Feller
Thin hair is great for hairline transplanting HOWEVER, many more per sq cm are needed to pull off a natural look that can blend with an ample amount of existing hair. To rebuild his hairline we packed 1800 grafts into the front and corner triangles in just a single session. Post op photos are one year later. Senior Member hdude46 Posted March 3, 2010 Senior Member Share Posted March 3, 2010 nice work dr feller...on a semi unrelated note, can you give us some more prp updates? When you first started offering it, I remember you were pretty diligent on posting updates and pics, but coming up on almost a year since then in a few months I have heard/seen very little. Can you update us? Thanks!
Dr. Alan Feller
Getting patients to come back for pictures is proving to be quite difficult. I have had alot of telephone feedback and the overwhelming majority has been positive. Not a single report of shedding or any other negative effect which after 50 plus people would have shown up by now. Almost all patients have reported an arrest of shedding and we are booking many repeats now that we are about 8 months out. While this evidence is at best anecdotal, it is nevertheless positive and encouraging. Remember, PRP is ONLY for those who are beginning to notice hairloss and should NOT be given to patients who are already candiates for HT in my opinion. Thank you for the kudos on the patient presented in the gallery. Dr. Feller

Mick from Farjo
Dr Feller, This is excellent hairline work.Sometimes it is difficult to see how good work is with pictures alone but the selection you put up here is pretty damn good. keep them coming. Senior Member aaron1234 Posted March 6, 2010 Senior Member Share Posted March 6, 2010 Very nice hairline there Dr. Feller! Very natural and it's a very appropriate hairline shape if he balds further down the road. FUEmaster
Why do you not include results like this one and several others you have posted on the forums here on your website as your website with all due respect does not do you justice. Very much looking forward to meeting you Dr Feller in January and letting you create my new hairline. Keep up the good work. JJ
Regular Member unclejesse777 Posted October 6, 2011 Regular Member Share Posted October 6, 2011 I have to say, Dr. Feller, I agree with FUEmaster. I don't think the pictures on your website do you any justice either. In fact, they don't even begin to. Don't get me wrong, there are some nice results, but I think many of the pictures we see here on the forum show off just what you're actually capable of. A lot of the pics I saw on here were definitely one of the influences that persuaded me to come to you. Just my thoughts. Great work on this patient too. Talk to you soon. Senior Member hairthere Posted October 7, 2011 Senior Member Share Posted October 7, 2011 I agree with you guys about Dr. F's web site not being up to snuff, but he's booked solid with 3 months waiting time so I don't think it's hurting his business at all....
