  1. I agree fully with you skinny and your hair looks awesome! Dr Feller is truly a real gentlemen with a great concern towards his patients own personal situation and he has given me back more than I ever imagined, not just my hair which looks as good as it did in my early 20's..but I never thought I would be able to start living a normal life again like I am now I am in my 30's. I had a terrible nightmare situation.. and he was a legend to me at solving the plugs I had by a UK clinic. I cant really comment on other Dr's as I have only been to Dr Feller, but I can certainly recommend him and his team hands down as the most skilled team I could ever wish for. I felt at ease from day 1 when I 1st started my repair journey with Dr Feller.. this set my mind at ease completely knowing I was in safe hands. Take care everyone.. and keep smiling.. the most important thing is to be happy that I have learnt after not being happy for so long in the past..
  2. I couldnt agree more.. well said hairthere. I havent met anyone that has helped me more than Spex way beyond the call of duty. I dont think I could have helped anyone myself as much as he does, purely as I dont have the ability. It takes a special person to do what he does!! I really cant say enough to show my gratitude to Spex. Without his support from the beggining of my hair restoration, I wouldnt have had my life turned around and given a second chance to enjoy my life again. Thats all I can say really that hasnt already been said about the kindness and good work Spex does.
  3. Sorry to hear your having a bad time. I have to say that all my dealings with the office and Spex were second to none and you would not have one issue returning to see dr feller. All his staff were great and doc feller answered all my questions via email which wasnt going to be a disaster. If there was anything of any ultimate urgency.. Spex was always on hand via the phone, if I had any problems contacting Dr Feller and he would be there 24/7. I found the time difference more of an issue being in the UK, so found it far easier to contact Spex via the phone and every issue I had was resolved straight away.. most of the issues was me being uncertain to the post op procedures.. which was pretty easy to put my concerns to rest for Spex which gave me great peace of mind. Hope things pick up.. all the best.
  4. Congrats on your procedure.. great to hear everything went smoothly and looking forward to seeing how great you will look down the line!! you'll just need to be patient for a while.. but its better waiting for hair the GROW...rather than waiting for it to fall out! all the very best mate
  5. Just an update, everythings still going well.. just a shame the summers just about over.. so might be needing the wooly hat to stay warm soon! take care guys.
  6. Looking good mate! super natural and fantastic result!
  7. Hey H/guy. i'm exited for you... I have been to Dr Feller 3 times and wouldnt choose anyone else! Not only for his natural results but his a top guy and will put you as ease as soon as you arrive. All the best !!
  8. I forgot to add the dry ones..... Dry in the sun... I took this video to show after a wash and dry... http://s89.photobucket.com/albums/k203/junkstuff001/2010%203rd%20Feller%20HT%20results/?action=view&current=Feb21st2010.flv Take care, all the best.
  9. I was looking very nasty after a UK HT and after some research I was very fortunate to choose a top repair Dr (Dr Feller) who I can truly say has given me back my life as i was left very depressed until he helped me back on track again ... here are my before and after's... Before pics (after my UK HT by Nobel Hair Clinic) Some wet and dry after pics.. (after Dr Fellers repair) I am very grateful to have a chance to turn back the clock and have another go at my life again now! I have done more things now (in my 30's) than I did throughout my entire 20's! I will always be extremely grateful to Dr Feller and Spex for his support when times were not so good. It is very easy to mistake poor results with expecting too much too soon, it does take quite a lot of patience whilst the hair is slowly making its way to the top! But I am very pleased with my results and very grateful. I hope this helps. Take care
  10. Congrats on your result. The before and after really shows the transformation has made a world of difference. Enjoy having your hair back!
  11. I have had my front third filled out by Dr Feller and the hairline is very natural and I couldnt be happier.. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him to anyone thats considering a new hairline or any other form of hair transplant procedure. Here are a few pics thats I can show you of my before and after with Dr Feller... the before picture shows the plugs I had by Nobel Hair Clinic in the UK.. I wish you all the best with your own hair restoration
  12. Thanks TC, I'm approaching 40 in a few years.. and taking meds to maintain my native hair in the crown area... the crown is holding up since I started the meds a few years ago, so this is good news. If I was to hit 50 and worry about my crown (which I dont think I will) Dr Feller has told me I have another strip and more FUE still to come.. so there's still more at my disposal if the need arises. The entire front half area is HT hair, so that is there to stay now so no longer a worry for me, which is a very nice feeling. I think the most important thing to me, was to have my hair now whilst I am still young enough to enjoy some of the things I missed out on earlier in life in my 20's that I just hadnt got the confidence to do with hair plugs and a balding head (and wearing a wig in the early days in my 20's!). So this has already been a huge success no matter what happens I was already a lost cause, so everything that happens now is just a miracle to me. I am fortunate I had my work by Dr Feller as he is very conscientious of future loss with each individual patient and allows for more donor hair in the future. This is one of the main reasons I went to him and also for his experience with successful repair work that I had seen of many other guys before me so I really felt completely at ease with the entire knowledge of this through the whole process. Which for me was the most important thing, to have complete trust in the skill of the person that is about to change my life. A less skilled Dr could have finished me off for good with the way I was feeling at the time. Thanks for your kind words, I hope this helps and I wish you all the very best
  13. Hey Tubs, how are you getting on with your FUE/PRP in the crown??
  14. Cheers Spex  Yep, It has been a bit of a journey  I wasnt feeling too confident after the 1st bad UK experience I had by Nobel Hair Clinic UK and never in a million years did I think I would be able to post pics of my hair and get the kind feedback I now see on here. I really am amazed to be honest when I stop and think about it... I had the most nasty looking head for so long I was so ashamed of myself. Your right, I wont forget how bad things were...but also I try not to dwell on it anymore. I had a nice looking girl give me the thumbs up when I was stuck in traffic a few weeks ago! Maybe she just liked my car lol. But it just made me realise how far I have come.. thanks to you and Dr Feller... I would be still wearing a cap otherwise. Thanks again for all the support when things werent so cool! Thats when you know who your friends are I am SUPERRRR grateful for all that I have now. Hope all is good with Dr Feller and all his techs take care.
  15. Hey Piano, sorry I didnt fully read about all the previous work you had been through.. I can truely understand how you must have felt after having those, but this time round you will be in a lot better shape
  16. Thanks TTP, it's quite a lot nicer than the wig I used to wear in my early 20's I almost forgot I used to wear a rug for a while before I threw it in the bin. Thanks for the kind feedback all the best mate.
  17. haha... thanks Bill. I'm not sure what happend but its perfect with the pics I 1st loaded up now. After I posted them I check by clicking on the 1st pic that it opened full size....and it automactically put all my pics into some kind of 'slide show' ? and the slide show made the pics small. This isnt happening now....so maybe it was just my computer having a laugh with me  lol.. thanks again Bill for helping.
  18. I know if I hadnt had this help from Dr Feller and taken meds.. I would be needing to change my name to 'HairlessUK' so I am extremely greatfull and to everyone for there support as its really helpful to have support when you are in the doldrums... so I hope I can inspire some of the guys that are waiting for their own results to shine through, they will happen but it just takes a lot of belief that you'll get there in the end... and u will. Thanks...good luck guys.
  19. For some reason....all the pics are going into a reduced auto screen shot album which massively reduces the pic sizes? Here are the links... for full size... http://i89.photobucket.com/albums/k203/junkstuff001/2010%203rd%20Feller%20HT%20results/wetJune2010.jpg http://i89.photobucket.com/albums/k203/junkstuff001/2010%203rd%20Feller%20HT%20results/dryJune2010.jpg http://i89.photobucket.com/albums/k203/junkstuff001/2010%203rd%20Feller%20HT%20results/JUNE2010wet.jpg http://i89.photobucket.com/albums/k203/junkstuff001/2010%203rd%20Feller%20HT%20results/JUNEWETFRONT2010.jpg http://i89.photobucket.com/albums/k203/junkstuff001/2010%203rd%20Feller%20HT%20results/JUNE2010dry.jpg http://i89.photobucket.com/albums/k203/junkstuff001/2010%203rd%20Feller%20HT%20results/JUNE2010WETSIDE2.jpg http://i89.photobucket.com/albums/k203/junkstuff001/2010%203rd%20Feller%20HT%20results/JUNE2010wetside.jpg http://i89.photobucket.com/albums/k203/junkstuff001/2010%203rd%20Feller%20HT%20results/JUNEDRYsideright.jpg Hope this helps.
  20. Hey Bill, your a star for fixing my name, thanks mate..I'm back! Here's an update.. I wanted to show a variety, here are some wet and dry.. and tried to make them ultra clear pics. Some of these pics are very magnified... 200% so they will look even better life size. Back view wet and dry... ... Front wet and dry.. .... .... Side wet and dry... ... Take care guys.. and try and catch some sun whilst the summer is around
  21. Hey Piano.. mate your looking in great shape! I remember everything your asking is very much the same as my concerns when I had my 1st. Its perfectly normal to worry, there's no way anyone can not have concerns after there 1st ht as your entering into a whole new experience of uncertainty. Your in great shape at this stage, everything is normal and your going to look great by the end of the year... take care mate and try not to worry I know thats easier said than done, but I have had 4 HT's and know how your mind goes all over the place as you have so much time to over think everything rather than just remembering your only at the very start, the end results are why they are called end results because they are at the end not at the start listen to Spex. Looking good, All the best mate and heal and grow well
  22. Hi, I had a bad UK HT as well back some time ago...sorry to hear Rogers has left you disapointed. I can not comment on all of the other Dr's that you have mentioned as far as personal experience goes, but I have had my repair with Dr Feller and I can highly recommened his work. He is not only a great Dr but also a very good guy that wants whats best for you and will put you at ease straight away. The most relaxed I have been through the whole process was when I was in his office, the anxiety suddenly disappears knowing that this is something that will give you a part of you back again thats been missing for a while. There's only a handfull of top HT Dr's that I would consider, but I am very happy with my decision and wish you all the best with yours A really good idea, if your based in the UK is to contact Spex... at least he can then put your mind at ease and help you assess what is the best way forward to pack you out in the safest way possible. All the best ...and good luck.
