Becasue I just recently had an experience (july 28th 09) with Dr. Ron Shapiro, Matt, Janna and the rest of the staff, and beleive me every single word you said is nothing but true, I might have more to add but nothing to contradict. Althought I still have to see the result as it is only 3 days. I'm usually a silent observer and have got the ideas of Shapiro medical group from this forum.
