Wow 2.9€/grafts and Dr.Arika doesn’t do the whole surgery and has techs doing the surgery... Then it’s a no brainer go with Dr. BF!

Then forget Turkey or India and go to Dr.Bruno Ferreira in Europe/Portugal that has a more skilled technique, does the whole surgery on just 1 parpatient per day and charges 2.5€/graft.

@Graftsboth are great choices but I would only reccomend Eugenix if it`s the package in which Dr. Arika does the whole surgery (2.9€/graft w/tax) and I would reccomend Pekiner if you don`t have miniaturized hairs.

@Kruchie I mean to reffer to Hairmills which are clinics that do up to 8 surgeries per day with zero to little involvement from the Doctor so basically a tech run surgery. I say Cinik because it’s the most well known Hairmill that even advertises in the English Premier League of Soccer but I’ m refering to hairmills like Cinik in general. You should know that most botched patients don’t make public their bad results. They usually end up having to hide from everyone until they can afford a repair HT with a proper Doctor.

I opened two real patients threads on the Turkish forum and they were both botched so its 2 for 2 = 100% botched! You really should be aware of what you are recommending to other members because your basically sending lambs to the slaughterhouse. if you seriously believe this clinic that destroyed the donor area of that poor guy is a clinic to be recommended at HRN then you are either employed by this clinic or seriously delusional.

@fabofly I just opened another patient thread on the Turkish forum showing his results from the Turkish Hairmill where you claim to have had your surgery and boom I found another overharvested donor and a patient saying he’s suing the clinic. It took me under 3 minutes to find two botched patients from this clinic. Not going to bother looking any further as it’s pretty clear this a place to avoid like the plague!

@fabofly I don’t understand what you are accusing me of being wrong about. You should be aware that here at HRN everyone advises to ignore YouTube videos, Instagram, Social media or images on Clinic websits because those are usually either fake results or cherry picked results. The best and only way to chose a Doctor is by looking at several real patient results and talking with real patients about their experience. Your advice to look at YouTube videos shows you are new to HRN. I did a quick search of your clinic at the Turkish forum, opened the first patient showing photos his HT and saw this overharvested donor area. When I recommend a Doctor I usually have done extensive research on them. You can search as much as you want and you won’t find this bad work from any Doctor on my list.

@Melvin-Moderator I do agree with you but I rather advise a cheap option that I know is able to provide a decent result than just let this member get seduced by Cinik (or any other Hairmills) and end up getting a bad tech team that will provide yet another Turkish botched HT

@Momo said you won’t find a cheaper option that has dozens of real patients posting their decent results. Go to the Turkish forum sacekimisonuclari and check real patients threads that had their HT with Esma&Serkan.

@Momo said you should thank God for the fact you went to a hairmill like Esteworld and came out without having a botched hair transplant. The cheapest Doctor in Turkey with decent results is Dr. Demirsoy at 1.25€/graft. He does 1 patient per day but he does have the techs do the implanting after he has done the slits. If you even consider going to a hairmill where technicians without any medical background perform your surgery I advise you to instead go to the nurses Esma&Serkan Tetik as they charge 1400€ and do just 1 patient per day using the DHI technique. HRN has 1 real patient posting results from these nurses and the Turkish forum has dozen of real patients posting decent results (even the forum Administrator). Better having a surgery with nurses than techs at a hairmill. @JohnAC71 thank you for your kind words but I won’t bother uploading my list because Momo just wants a cheap HT and is surely not concerned with a list that compares Doctors techniques and prices that are more expensive than Eugenix.

@Lucian that’s truly the best decision! You don’t need a HT and after 6 months of Finasteride you will most likely see a increase in density on your crown. Take Finasteride 3x/week as I had Doctors tell me it’s more than enough. You should also consider spraying minoxidil every night. Wish you all the best!

One of the reasons I disregarded Dr. Keser is exactly because he doesn`t speak English! How can a Doctor that doesn`t speak English attend a international conference where world class HT Doctors share knowledge and exchange ideas... Dr. Keser also doesn`t use a microscope during surgery and is the most expensive HT Doctor in Turkey charging 3.5€/graft so that were also somehting that put me off. Dr. Bruno Ferreira was one of the Doctors presenting at the last international conference and he charges 2.5€/graft so obviously I reccomend him over HLC that charges the same price.

@TomB you should really follow @Doron Haratiand @Melvin-Moderator advise. Turkey is the world capital of botched hair transplants because it`s mostly all inclusive hairmills or low cost doctors both using underpaid technicians without any medical background (former taxi drivers or dishwashers) to do your surgery. Ofcourse there are also good options in Turkey but from what we have concluded at HRN only HLC Ankara is a safe bet in Turkey. Here you have a Doctor doing your whole surgery using a highly skilled technique but the price goes to 2.5€/graft. If you are looking for a low cost option you should consider Dr. Demirsoy at 1.25€/graft but be warned that he does pre-made slits and has technicians do the implating phase. However, he does only have 1 patient per day. If you really want low cost then go to Esma&Serkan Tetik (they now have 1 real patient results thread at HRN). These are nurses not Doctors or technicians doing all inclusive DHI (also using beard grafts) for 1400€ per 1-2 day surgery. The Adminstrator of the Turkish forum had his surgery with these Nurses. It`s better to go to nurses with dozens with real patients results on the Turkish forum then going to a hairmill like Cinik or others and have a unknown technician do your surgery.

@Aaf you must check more patients results on HRN to understand a bit what is considered a dense hairline properly designed. You will soon understand that faridharoon hairline was not made using only single grafts and it lacks density (see threw look). It could be much worse because Turkey is the world capital for botched hair transplants due to the fact that most clinics have technicians doing your surgery and in Turkey these techs don’t need a health background so they could have been driving a taxi 2 months before doing your surgery. In Turkey the only safe bet if HLC where you are operated on by a Doctor that will be doing your whole surgery and not delegating anything to technicians. HLC has several real patients posting great results on HRN and other forums. I say real patients because you will soon understand that clinic websites, Instagram, youtube videos are full of fake patients with either fake or cherry picked results. ISHRS certified means ZERO! What matters is Doctors with results you check from real patients threads here at HRN. If you want good results you will have to pay more than what low cost Turkish clinics charge to the 6-10 patients they operate on everyday. HLC charges 2.5€/graft for a Doctor only surgery but if you want a cheaper option you have Dr. Demirsoy at 1.25€/graft he only operates on 1 patient per day but he does have his technicians do the implanting of the grafts. best of luck

@Seniormido I had a totally bald crown and midscalp but with 2000 scalp grafts + 1888 beard grafts I managed to rebuild my crown and miscalp. You should consider this option and don’t worry about your beard because I can still grown my beard after having 1888 grafts removed from under the line under the chin (not above the chin). The best Doctors for beard grafts are Dr. Sethi, Dr. Pekiner and HLC.

@SeniormidoI hate to say this my friend but your hairline was botched by Yaman. You have grafts with more than 1 hair in your hairline and the design is unnatural. Your donor area looks pretty much depleted so you should really avoid going back to the Doctor responsable for your depleted donor and botched HT. The thinning of your hair could indicate DUPA. Dr. Lorenzo treats patients with DUPA but they are required to be on Finasteride 6 months before the surgery. I don’t think you can have a hair transplant without using beard grafts because you have a limited donor area. You should contact Dr. Sethi at Eugenix and Dr. Jose Lorenzo.

@hamzamerkz my Dad at 55 was a NW3 and I still went all the way to NW6. If you can get your hands on topical finasteride (there`s one with 15% Minoxidil in the mix) then use it.

@hamzamerkz you need around 3500-4000 grafts to rebuild your frontal hairline. Considering your very young age I strongly advise you to start taking Finasteride 3x/week and Minoxodil Spray every night. This will stop your hairloss from continuing to progress into your midscalp and crown (what happened to me because I didnt take Finasteride). You will find that some Doctors will be reluctant to do your surgery if you are not on Finasteride. Turkey is the world capital of botched hair transplants because there are thousants of low cost Turkish hairmills where the surgery is done by technicians without any medical background (could have been taxi drivers 2 months before doing your surgery) and the Doctor is not very involved in the surgery (or not even present). Check out my list with some good Doctors and their technique. I advise spending a bit more money so you can chose a Doctor that does the whole surgery with just 1 patient per day and does either DHI or Stick&Place: Eugenix has cheaper packages but it`s packages that don`t include the Doctor doing the whole surgery.

I do agree do that statistics don`t ilustrate the full reality of each country because in big countries like Turkey or US the safety in one city can be appaling but then it`s super safe in other cities. Turkey ranks high in tourism because of Istambul and Antalaya. The closest a tourist will get to Ankara is when they go visit the rock site of Cappadocia or the Pamukkale Hot Springs. Most tourists don`t even know Ankara is the nation capital because nobody goes to Ankara. @jonathande sorry we got off topic! My point was that having a HT in Europe will a be a better and safer experience than going to Ankara. I went to Ankara because I had low donor supply so I needed 2000 beard grafts and HLC/Pekiner are the best option for mega sessions using beard grafts.

@kiokbs I had issues using social media when I was there and Ankara is nothing like Istambul where you do have lively streets full of tourists, amazing sites to visit, foreigners in the streets and local people speaking English. @CJL you won`t find any beter at Dr. BF price point. You can reach out to Ximena Villa (same technique but 2 patiens per day) or HLC (stick&place insted of DHI) that charge the same price or more expensive great Doctors like Dr. Feriduni and Dr. Bisanga.

When I had my FUT at Dr. Rahal at the time we all swelled up like a elephant after the FUT surgery there were foreigners at my Hotel that also had a HT and they adventured out with a hat to get to know the city. They ofcourse swelled up much worse than I did but I just joined them for dinner at a steakhouse. Nowadays with a Doctor only surgery doing DHI or Stick&Place there’s absolutely no swelling and we can enjoy some time out of the bedroom without much concern. If I had my wife with me and was not in dreary Ankara I would surely have taken in the sights before the surgery and the restaurant scene after the surgery (refraining from too much walking around ofcourse) but I’m the kind of guy that went back to work 10 days after surgery and told his colleagues all about the HT so I could care less if the guy at restaurant table is looking at my bandages (never gonna see that person again).
