    Nice work Janna,but to be honest did he need it yet?At 39 he could still be in for further loss,is he on meds? As i said the work looks impeccable but i think the weight loss alone has made huge difference to his appearance. I'm not knocking it but i do worry about guys who have a thick head of hair with a little recession and opt for surgry relatively early on in life.

    Rupert Everett.Saw him on a news show with his hair clippered short,camera panned behind him...BAM!several scars! Hairline looked good though.

    This is the reality of a hair transplant i am afraid. With your level of baldness, 4600 grafts was only going to give you limited density(i have had about the same amount spread over same area). I think we all fall into the same trap of seeing all this new hair where there once was none and get used to it,then we start to scrutinize on regular basis and before we know it "theres not enough!" Rarely is a ht a "one and done " on a norwood 4+,no matter how good the surgeon is. I will be embarking on no3 in the near future and am hoping that will be me finished,but i am no way expecting full density. Look at your befores and realize how far you have come.

    Should look nice Mick,again especially with the hair colouring....god i get sick of saying that! why wasn't i born with light hair???mine is so dark!!! Never thought i'd be praying to go grey,i'm getting there slowly but surely.lol I digress...looking forward to seeing the finished product.

    sorry,i think the only ones i took when it was long are the ones i put on the profile and i dont think there are any worth putting on of it short(close up wise). I'll have a look.

    nothing much to update i'm afraid. i grew it to the longest it had been since i was about 15 and then about 4 months ago had a mad moment and buzzed the lot off number 0! everybody was commenting how much better i looked but i was conscious of the scar. i've been keeping it at a 4 since but am trying to grow it again.

    Hi Mick,yeah still warm is the blood that courses through these veins(nicked that from Vinnie Jones). Been real busy last few months,changed job,moved house(no internet),became a grandparent!!! I was thinking the other day"theres Mick and the team trying there darnest to make me look/feel younger,and then my daughter goes and makes me a grandad at 40!!!" Still he,s a little smasher,just hope he dodged the dreaded baldness gene!!!
