  2. hi hairbank, i personally think your hair looks fine as it is.i certainly wouldnt mind your coverage!but hey if youve got the means why not?as i said in an earlier post i was as happy as larry with my results from one surgery but as my hair gets longer the more id like....shit i think i just caught hairgreed!!
  3. partly yes hairbank, added to the advice of mick and dr farjo and also i was a little cautious/nervous ,this can be a life changing thing we do.basically i didnt want to go to manchester looking like homer j and come home jon bon jovi(i wish)
  4. hi all, firstly i know farjo was cautious as to my age, donor etc,but there were other factors on my part as well.since about age 21 ive been totally shaven and was initially planning to keep my hair very short(2 or 3)after surgery.all iwas after was a hairline, nothing dramatic(i even asked for it to be higher than farjo recommended). i had started using fin and was seeing good results in my crown and sort of looked at it as an"out of sight out of mind"situation.as my hair started to sprout i got quite attached to those little fellas and found myself avoiding the clippers more and more.its now longer than i can ever remember it and i think this shows my crown up a lot more, added to that i stopped fin in november due to sides and the lot fell out within a month.ive now been on dut since january but progress seems slow.the other factor was cost i am a lowly factory worker and if i was to have had a mega mega session hairbank, my wife would have probably divorced me!one step at a time boys, one step at a time.
  5. thats great news pat, maybe then we can start to rid these sites of the stigma attached to these 2 drs, farjo in particular, who in my opinion have had a undeserved bad rap over the years.good work!
  6. hello Bill, spoke to mick mchughes today of the farjo centre,he is going to post my info. specifically my actual amount of grafts/hairs, official befores and after pics and any thing else relevent.regards paul

  8. hi nervous and Bill.the doctor is dr bessam farjo in manchester he also holds consultations in london.i am waiting on mick mchughes for exact amount of grafts but somewhere inthe 2000 range.i do plan on a second proceedure but at the moment im staring redundancy in the face so ill have to wait.im not looking for feedback as i am satisfied with results so far.Bill i had the surgery feb 15 2006.as i said in an earlier post idid a lot of research and the negative feedback on farjo seemed unfounded.as i had actually seen his work on tv this was good enough for me.hope this answers some of your questions.
