  1. Good question,i would like to here any docs comments on this.
  2. Looking really good. I remember meeting you and your brother in London at the showcase. I was wondering if you or your bro got a ht,now i know and i bet you`re happy you did. When your bro takes the plunge there will be another set of feller twins to compare. Great work and good growth to you.
  3. Great result so far and you should experience maybe more growth but definately more maturing of your hair. Vey nice indeed.
  4. There are loads of fue docs to many to mention but Harris,Hdc and Wolf come to mind.
  5. You are too young for a ht and need to see your Gp first and then consider using meds imo.
  6. It will be great to see B spots final grownout results. I hope those meds work for you. Cheers Bri.
  7. Hi there It does look poor work and a way too low graft count what she has done to cover that area. Dr Konoirs work looks good as the results that have been posted on here i cant fault them. If i were you i would get at least three consults to see if they all have similar approaches and then decide on who to procede with. Good luck and i hope you get this sorted sooner rather than later.
  8. Looking good with a lot more growth to come. Please keep us updated with your progress Thanks.
  9. Looks like very nice work. Wont be long before it all starts kicking in.
  10. Hi Bill No i`m not asking about doctors being recomended on here, just doctors in general in the hair transplant industry. As some will be trained by top docs from wherever and some will receive training from say a sub par doc. I was just interested to see anyones opinion on when or why they would consider a new doctor who appears as every doctor has to start somewhere. Jodirt Thanks for that as i can see your point and i did not think there would be many techs sub contracting out. Thanks Bri.
  11. Hi Dave Hope you are ok. Have you decided if you want to contact DHI again for a possible refund.
  12. Hi Dewayne What i suppose i was trying to put across is how many of you guys would feel comfortable going to a newish doctor who was trained by a top doc and then went out on his own without the other doctor monitoring his work and his experienced techs. Every doctor has to start somewhere but the general feeling is go to a well established doctor. Any comments guys and girls.
  13. Some big punch holes they were,i bet you`re glad to have most of them removed and you`ll be eagerly awaiting your new hair to grow through now,all being its a long way off. I wish you speedy growth mate.
  14. Mad focker you are NG2GB. Had any PM`s off prospective hotties yet.
  15. Looking really good Lucky. You myst be so pleased with the result. Cheers and keep us updated.
  16. Hi ash Where in the UK are you as you may want to consider Dr Rogers as well. If you search on here for Jinny she has just been to him and is very happy. I would not go anywhere near the Hospital group as they have a track record of bad results. It would be good if you could post photos as you may not need a ht and if you try the meds they may sort you out.
  17. Hi all Does anyone know when a new doctor comes on the scene how long he is trained by a top doc before he is considered good enough to work on his own. Also when training this doc does he start off by doing work with the training docs techs who will be vastly experienced or does he have his own techs training along side him. Or do they go to the new location and start off fresh as I suppose hiring and training them in another location would be costly. I can see if the new doc is staying at the same clinic with his trainer doc and using the same experienced techs you can feel comfortable with them. But it seems the work and results can be quite different if they had to start with a whole new inexperienced team. I've heard it can take years to properly train techs. I can't imagine there being many experienced techs out of work as their docs will treat them like gold. I was also wondering when people start referring/recomending patients to some of the new doctors what they take into consideration ie own experience, someone they know or what they read on the forums etc as new docs will keep emerging some good some poor. Thanks Bri.

  19. You can search on here for all the info you need on propecia but in your consult the doctor will tell you all you need to know. I take it you are not going to start your own thread. Cheers.
  20. Hi ash I would strongly recomend that you do more research as i have met in person quite a few people in person who have had a bad experience with the Hospital group.Imo they are the equivalent of Bosley in the UK. As for Farjo go and have a consult as his patients on here seem to be very happy.I would also get a few other consults even if they are online ones just to make sure you are getting quoted the correct amount of grafts for your situation. You need to do lots of research and dont let travel be a factor in your deciding choice as this is a life changing decision you are making. Lastly if i were you i would start a new thread to get more reply`s as Clive who originally started this one has done his research and made his choice. Good luck mate.
  21. Hi mate I would complain more to them as you never know they may offer to refund some of your money as DHI Ireland did this for Petesman under different circumstances. It was Norman Lambert,Lorraines father who i had my consult with and he totally misinformed me.Lorraine does not tell the truth either in my personal experience with them. Yes typical DHI all nice until they have your money in the bank. If you want any help in trying to at least get some money back let me know. Try and be positive mate.
  22. Lets hope so as a bit competition will push these companies to work harder in their research.
  23. Hi mate I`m glad you`re posting about your experience more openly as its good toopenly talk about it. Have you contacted DHI to see what they have to say about your poor results. I had a poor result from them three years ago and they look as though they are not improving,at least not in Greece. Is it still Norman Lambert who consults for them.
