I had the first row of mine removed . If your hairline is high enough they can just be planted in front of. My started at about 7cm so I need about 20 removed -

IMB . Your exactly right. Take a look at most of the homeruns clinics provide . Those patients had alot of grafts with super thick donor hair shafts . It makes a HUGE difference in density. I dont care how bad your donor is 6000 grafts should produced a much better result then this -
Yes SMG. I was one of the first to get fue there so the numbers werent as high as they are now. I actually had a little over 500 with 350 in scar and the rest to build some temple points. They were spread out I think a 2 would be too low but Im hoping that with another pass a 3 would be totally undetectable. Before I ever went to SMG I had a nasty scar that was as thick as a pinky finger and to be able to go down to a 4 right now is so much easier. I will have Janna take some pics before and after they shave my head

I had 350 or so fue thrown into my scar with a high growth rate Problem is 350 is a small number . Im going again to do one more pass and hopefully break it up even more and have them take pics I figure another 350 and Ill be set. I havent seen alot of fue into scar pics myself. Hell you dont see many scar pics from fue or strip.

John you made it sound as Dr Feller never returned your calls . He says he has so what more could he do? I understand your freaking out but its way to early to determine anything. Ron J is OCD the same as OPP? If it is then hes on the the right track John is the first surgeon listed on here? Was he from Flordia or Canada?

Well it may have been FDA cleared and showed some so called evidence of efficacy but Ill still call it a scam. I havent seen any evidence that it works . Its has faded tremendously, and there STILL arent any photos showing its anymore more then a toy. To me thats a scam but I understand what you mean -
Could you tell us who this very reputable HT doc is?

The trico is overrated and and its best used on virgin scalps. Dont get me wrong "when" it works to perfection its better then no tricho but dont count on it. If you need over a 1000 grafts I would say go strip and see what the tricho can accomplish.

Dr Konior does fantastic work and he and Cooley are the only docs that plant the majority of the grafts themselves Koniors hairlines are second to none .

Even if hes under 25 and eventually plans to have a transplant down the road then hes going to have to address the hairline anyway. If I was in his shoes I would leave it as is or go the fue route. You can always do a big strip later if your hair loss progresses too fast. This isnt something I would rush into without taking everything into consideration. If your family is full of nw6-7 and your 20-25 years old then you should probably wait. Your hair looks fine to me the way it is

Things are just starting to get exciting . You had alot of scar tissue up top so your 5 month is probably most peoples 3-4 month. At least that was the case for me.

When I was first researching and contacting a bunch of clinics Spex not only answered my questions but sent my pics to Dr Feller . I suggest to contact the office and Spex. Hes got the secret code to get through If that doesnt work out just disguise your voice as Joe Torre and doc will drop everything to assist you.

John you may experience delayed growth because of possible scar tissue in the recipient area . Dont be surprised if it takes 5-6 months to start seeing growth. Hopefully that wont be the case

Boy I hope this PRP has some use for hairloss. If not I know Dr Feller will stop offering it, but many other clinics will keep stealing folks money with it . Heck there are still a few docs on here that offer laser therapy when anyone with a set of eyes saw two years ago it was worthless

You wont see any results at 3 months so by the time you hear from him youll have a full head of hair I wouldnt say not hearing from his clinic is typical but I have read quite a few complaints about no call backs. Heck so many times I think I remember the receptionist name is Marsha or Marcie or something similar Maybe shoot the doc himself a pm on here
