i think you are talking about Dr Mwamba who does something called donor restocking according to his website where as he takes a graft out of the head he replaces it with a BH.I dont know how successful this is though and their are no photos or evidence posted of any transformations using this method but would be great solution if it worked and would like to hear from anyone who had this done.

No probs here to help, These 2 docs are not known in the hairtransplant industry like many British doctors.If you cant see a portfolio of honest clear pictures of fully grown out patients like the best HT doctors here show stay clear because its toooooo risky.At least you came here and you can eliminate alot of the unknown risk by choosing someone good.Just do a search on this site under the hospital group and their are a few negative threads.One of their doctors a few years back called Greaves was struck off for falsifying his quals.HG They should stick to botox and lipo!!!.I made a mistake also by going to DHI for FUE because I didnt research and luckily got away with it but didnt get the density or hairline I wanted but I intend going to Brussels when I have enough funds and getting the gaps filled and hairline tinkered with.Also HT industry is pretty unregulated in that any doctor can do it but I would say only about roughly 20 in the world are good at it!!.Dont rush in and believe the bull some clinics feed you and you will make the right choice HunkyMonkey.And if they tell you they have a special offers run fast.

Dont go near these people as they have a bad rep and I am sure others will warn you also.Their are lots of butchers doing HT and alot of them are in "BRITAIN". Also if you dont have the funds to go with a good doctor just delay and save up because its not worth the emotional and physical trauma to risk going with an unknown hack.HT results are very variable so its important to go to the best by researching for many months.In europe the best place is Belgium where there are a few good docs like feriduni,bisanga,mwamba.Or you could travel the pond if you can afford it!!.research!!.

I think you made the correct descision second time,i find Devoyres hairlines too high and weak to be honest having seen lots of his work and they are suited to older men not younger.If the doctor doesnt listen to what the patient wants there is something wrong.Rest assured you went to a good doc in Bisanga so enjoy the ride.

I had bad sides on 1mg a day so now take .5 eod and have been for 5 months and my hair thickness has improved.I saw a chart that showed .5mg was only 10% less effective than 1mg and the dose curve for 48 hours was virtually a straight line so why take it every day ??.Lots of guys take it eod with success so if you cant tolerate the recommended (not neccessarily the best) dose tinker around with it because it is a strong drug and can work wonders for thin hair.Also one dose although with a half life of about 6 hours in your blood keeps DHT lowered for 72 HOURS to a week from the reports I have read.

I had big sides on 1mg but on this reduced dose I feel as good as i felt before using it.Only thing I get is an occasional dull ache but doesnt bother me.I guess I have the level of DHT my body will allow me to operate with.Everyone is different.

I have taken half a propecia every 2 days for 4.5 months and my hair looks better than before. 1mg is overkill for alot of us,depending on your level of thinning.For mild thinning a smaller dose can be nearly as effective as full dose from what I have read.

Bisanga has posted lots of his fue results on other forums and they are impressive compared to others I have seen.I havent seen much negativity and I have been on the forums a while now so just do your research.avoid DHI unless you wont to keep going back every year for touch ups!!!!! because they cant get it right.Its better to pay the money and get a quality HT done.

On BHR's website the prices are listed as 0-1000 grafts 5.50 euro p/graft, 1000-2500 4 euros.

Is anyone in Europe offering PRP yet ?.Wonder when the second generation more potently mixed PRP will be ready that Joe Greco mentions that might give the extra results that may or may not happen with the current treatment!.

Try Nizoral (Nizorelle) 1% 3 times a week as its not too strong and is good for scalp irritation and for leaving the hair looking full.

I read somewhere you can lose between 30/50 % of hair density before you sometimes notice you are thinning so you could of been thinning slowly for some time.It looks like MPB because the thinning is only in the crown area.best to get a miniturization test done to confirm it.

You wont go wrong with either of those 2,well done on your research.I would go with Bisanga because he has more FUE results posted.

I wouldnt use any clinic in Greece to be honest,they are useless at HT and dont have any laws to protect you the consumer and patient and thats why they set up their business there as its cheap and you can BUTCHER PEOPLE AND get away with it,be warned!!!!!.

I would not risk going to an unknown clinic where you dont know who the doctor is and see only a sales rep,reminds me of those greek clinics or coneyer belts.Price seems quite cheap for that amount via FUE but it should not be about price because you only got one load of donor hair. If their doctor doesnt have any grown out results and lots of satisfied customers posting on these (which i bet he doesnt) forums dont bother with them,too high a risk you could get a messed up donor and poor growth.Good job you found the forum as you need to research more on who is best to see for FUE and I can tell you for Europe you should head to Belgium where there is BHR clinic among others doing great FUE,there are no proficent docs in Ireland or The U.K for FUE.I would cancel if I was you and take your time.Remember it doesnt matter how nice the rep or doctor is to you and how good they sound,its the result that counts.

There will be white dots visible when hair is shaved fully.

Dont go to DHI and dont believe the pr hype about "no-touch as it still leaves scars".I went there and am not satisfied.after, I aslo found this forum just in time.Look at heading to Belgium as their are a number of docs there that have good reps.

I cant work out if Sting has had a HT as I saw a picture the other day and his hair looks thicker than it did 15 years ago at front.I think he has had some subtle work down,nothing drastic though.

You have named the best ones so you have researched well.Their is no one better in europe in my opinion for FUE. You shouldnt go wrong with any of those guys and your choice just depends on who you prefer after doing some consults.Avoid those hairmills out there.

radioh,You are right to be worried about the negative reports you have heard about DHI and the fact that you still think they are best for you compared to Kiely (who has poor reports also) tells me you simply have not done enough research about FUE and are rushing to the first glitzy chain clinic which spouts aload of PR rubbish and has dubious before /after photos.They tried posting some results on here a while back but the photos were not consistant and when they were called out the poster dissappeared!!.I had a few procedures with them in Greece and they left me needing more work and I found the doctors unproffessional.Also they dont really care about your future and devise no plan for you in relation to future hairloss,no mention of meds etc.So save yourself any pain and the need for corrective work and do some consulkt with Dr Bisanga (BHR) or Dr feriduni, both in Belgium.Do some searches on them and you will only see happy customers.Some clinics just want your money and then they will purposely leave gaps in your hair so thay can get u in the chair again and get more money off you.Be wary of smooth sales patter.Also I would stay away from Kiely!!! from what I have heard.

I got to agree with PGP on quality of Dr Bisanga as I have seen all his published work, and photos are of good clarity as far as I can tell and have only heard good reports about him.It is painfully obvious when it comes down to it the best FUE docs give a much better yield than others.These mathematical equations on estimated percentages look great but they cant be checked for certainty just guessed.It is much easier for one to look in the mirror and see how good or bad your new hair looks after 12/18 months to decide how much growth you got and then sing his praises or slag his work off.Dr B has alot of happy customers and that is a good sign.He will be on my shortlist when i get my next FUE HT along with a few SELECT others.Keep up the good work BHR.

The scalp has an excellent blood supply anyway as you will know if you ever cut it!!!.Lasers dont make a bit of difference.22years I suggest you go over to HLH and share your joys of laser with OMG and his boys who have argued about how great their laser helmuts are before and was the biggest load of crap i have ever laid eyes on. he nor anyone else has ever produced a significant photo that shows an improvement that is believable just pages of spams on bogus and dubious looking studies.I am sure the younger and gullible people may waste some money on this as desperation leads to irrational descisions. iT IS one of the known side effects so it is not in your head mate,I had a similar problem and that was on a half dose.My main problem was that it gave me aching nuts that drove me crazy and when I stopped it took 7 weeks for it to go away!!!!.Also lowered sex drive. I think some guys bodies are not able to have considerably lowered DHT levels so I stopped after 3 months.I have no loss in the back or crown just the front and top so i will ride it out and get more HTS if i need to.Not worth ruining your personal life over.Best not to mess aroung with your hormonal balance if you r getting these symptoms.Some guys have no probs and some do,its a lottery!.

I think a 0 will leave you with some stuble about a few mm so you dont need to shave with a razor and risk agravating your skin.I did it for a HT and with a 0 you cant see the baldness pattern but as it grows towards a 2 you can see it.Just keep it a 0 or 1 and it will look good.

Stay away mate,I have been to them and I was not happy with my HT and treatment and the results are hit and miss,why take a chance on getting a hit when their are excellent docs elsewhere.You dont even get a consult with a doctor (until just before the HT for 5 mins),just a sales person who is not a doctor.How unproffessional is that.You dont know who the doctor is until you turn up and they dont advise you about planning for the future and they didnt give me enough grafts to fill everything in so then you need another session (they hope with them).All the tricks are there.Dont take any notice of the flash website you are better off avoiding the hairmills that have 3 or 4 surgeries going on at same time.Research some more as these guys are unethical.
