    This is where both instrumentation and skill are integrally critical in the removal of hairline grafts…and we also need to remember that healing variances between individuals is going to play a huge factor with visible scarring post-op.

    If you do your homework you can find a number of US based doctors that can perform excellent work that’s less than $10 per graft.

    At this point in time post-op, it makes better sense to use a moisturizing cream such as one with aloe vera.

    This tissue expansion approach is too risky and why employ such an unorthodox method?…FUE makes far better sense for your situation.

    Permanent shock loss is more prevalent with native hair that is in a more advanced diffused stage…but if it were to occur, you could consider using a partial hair piece temporarily to achieve a combover effect until the regrowth of your new grafts manifest.

    Some surgeons do not see a few mis-angled grafts as a repair situation…it’s more an issue if the grafts are acutely visible and the patient wants it resolved.

    UK, the burning sensation are the nerves in the scar..how long ago was your last procedure? I did not notice much difference with post-op pain and yes staples were only used on my last FUHT procedure because my laxity was a tad bit tight.
