  1. If anything, that quick slap on the surface created a good rapid rush of blood to your thirsty grafts.
  2. Hundreds upon hundreds of single hair grafts are used when new hair lines are created!
  3. There is no reason or need to discontinue finasteride before surgery.
  4. This is where both instrumentation and skill are integrally critical in the removal of hairline grafts…and we also need to remember that healing variances between individuals is going to play a huge factor with visible scarring post-op.
  5. The 3,000 range seems right however it really depends on how many single hair grafts were used.
  6. There are enough surgeons doing exceptional FUE work that charge far less than $15 per graft.

  10. Permanent shock loss is more prevalent with native hair that is in a more advanced diffused stage…but if it were to occur, you could consider using a partial hair piece temporarily to achieve a combover effect until the regrowth of your new grafts manifest.
  11. Some surgeons do not see a few mis-angled grafts as a repair situation…it’s more an issue if the grafts are acutely visible and the patient wants it resolved.
  12. UK, the burning sensation are the nerves in the scar..how long ago was your last procedure? I did not notice much difference with post-op pain and yes staples were only used on my last FUHT procedure because my laxity was a tad bit tight.
