Dr. Cooley, Very interesting-from my quick observation, the results do look very good. And I must say, better than a typical hair transplant in terms of the area covered give the low planting density. Furthermore, in the areas not transplanted, the overall quality of the hair seems to have significantly improved... A couple of questions for you, 1. How long did her FU's stay in place compared to a normal transplant? 2. How was the shockloss compared to typical transplant? 3. How did her scar come out and do you have any pictures? 4. Did you notice any new hair sprout above and beyonfd the transplanted hair per the use of ACELL? In closing, although this model for helping people with hairloss is in the very early stages it seems to be a very good step forward... Thanks,

Joe, Thanks for the info-now lets see if I can execute FANDANGLED CONTRAPTION-LOL... Take Care, -
Drew, Wow, congratulations on the first step of your journey-huge improvement...Curious about one thing though, in your part area the growth looks thin compared to the rest of your result. What did Dr Wong say about addressing this part of your hairline? Is it just a matter of more density needed? Again, your direct frontal shot is such a huge improvement... Best,

Joe, As always, your pictures are clear and well light. No guessing as to what the results look like from H&W...And your results look great-to think where you came from, well, it's just shocking-and where you are now, its just awe inspiring to see that...That with right doctor, team, and patient donor, alot can be done to help someone have a better life... Shifting gears abit, I'm looking to buy The Flip Video and post my results in HD. Do you think that would work with this sites software? -

Janna, Maybe, I am just having a senior moment at a young age. So this patient has had only one procedure with a total of 2052 grafts-am I reading this right??? It's just that the pictures looks as if he has had two procedures. Either way his end result thus far looks awesome. I am doing very well- I beleive the hair growth is starting to kick in high gear at week 26...And the folliculitis has stabilized... Feel free to read my updated blog and let me know what you think. Thanks, -
Hey guys, Sorry for the long delay in my update. I just upadated my website with my six month pics. Let me know what you think. Your input would be greatly appreciated... My write up is attached below... ................................................ So, I am now at week 26-gradual improvement. For me, the first 16 weeks were going great, very little shock loss and my hair line looked good at week 13. This was even after three flare ups of folliculitis. In addition, I started to notice a little shed around weeks 18-20. Fortunately it did stop. During this time I had another flare up and it went away again, thank goodness...Also started to notice another little shed about 5-10 hairs in my comb from week 24 to the present... Now I am at week 26 and I have noticed my right side is growing much faster than my left. Interestingly enough, my left side looks very wiry and it looks less thick than it did before. I spoke to the doc about this and he said uneven growth can occur... To sum up, The Doc, Dr. Ron Shapiro has been exceptional in his post up care with me. There were several SUNDAYS and late evenings that he spoke to me to address my folliculitis What is even more exceptional is that we had long conversations when he was under the weather... His bedisde manner is awesome and I continue to stand by my statement that he is a doctor who actually cares about his patients and their end results.

Janna, So how many grafts were transplanted in total? Nice improvement too... Thanks, -
Comb, WOW...You must be feeling great... Would it be possible for you to take an outside picture as so we could truly appreciate your results. Comb, the density and naturalness looks awesome...And at 7.5 months... I'm curious, what do your family and friends think? Very Best,

Dr. Paul Shapiro, Great write up, great pictures, and great results for just six months. Incredibly soft hairline with a very nice transition into his native hair...The blending is very good... O.K. here is a goofy question, do you think with his fine blond hair and fair skin that the appearance of his tan added to the illusion of denisty in terms of scalp to hair contrast? And it's great to see him so happy in his follow-up pictures. Very Nice...
-
Dr. Konior, Great job...With that being said, what was his donor density? By the way, the video truly captures the artistry of the work. That shows a very natural result with the right amount of density and a perfect blending of the transplanted hair with the native hair to give a nice illusion of denisity... You could see his happiness in the video even when he was looking down-nice...

Dr Paul Shapiro, Nice write up and result. Actually, the yield looks very good for 6 months...Not to mention not using propecia...Do you thin rogain foam would help this patient? Dr. Shapiro, would you say the density you planted is around 30 fu/cm-sq? Moreover, do you know if he will have a follow-procedure? By the way, what was his donor density, length & width of his scar? The smile on his face says it all... Thank you,
-
Joe, Great pictures, great result, vary happy patient-that hairline is incredibly soft...Any upcoming HD videos of this result in the future? In addition, how did you guys know that hair would grow in the scarred areas??? Can you give us some color on your clinics thought process concerning this case??? By the way, what was his donor density, strip length & width? What is surprising to me is that other well respected clinincs on this forum have had negative results with much less scarring, but somehow, you guys knocked it out of the park for this patient... As another poster stated earlier, your clininc is one of the very few clinics in the world that consistently help people have a better quality of life. I don't mean to sound so corny, but this surgical procedure is game changer in this mans life... Thanks,
