7 months result. Very disappointed, very bad density in the frontal part.

I think it looks pretty good for 7 months. The density is good and it will improved the next months. Remember Hair transplant is an illusion of density you can never expect natural hair density with hair transplant.

I had the top dog package at Eugenix with Dr. Sethi and you are welcome to see my HT page. From my experience I can say that at Eugenix, technicians do 90% of the work and the package doesn't matter. Don't worry about the doctors and just pray that you get good techs. Good luck.

I agree. Most work is done by techs so all packages could produce good results. So he could select the exclusive package without doubt and get a good result with less money

this is both somewhat true and somewhat false. Plenty of celebrities and other people with money go to garbage clinics. I think Floyd Mayweather went to a hairmill in Turkey. Plenty of athletes and other celebrities go to bad hairmills.

The sad truth of the matter is - if you are someone "noteworthy", the doctor and tech team are going to give you your undivided A+ effort. Whereas if you are just a regular Joe going to a hairmill, you are going to have a bad time.

It's the reason so many famous people and influencers can go to bad clinics and still get good results.

I agree that Most famous people footballers etc..select Turkish clinics even if hey are very rich and they could go anywhere.

They just don’t pay anything for their hair transplant cause of the promotion they would to the clinic. The Turkish clinic will give its best effort to satisfy the famous personality, because he will promote the clinic with his result. As a result both parties are satisfied at the end

So I don’t think any famous person would pay for his transplant as he could do it for free in many clinics and get a good result.

  4. I don’t think that price is correct. Something is wrong here.  His price is around 4 + euro/graft. Dr kostis charges 2.5 euro/graft.  Can you share with us that email ?

even if it’s true is way too overpriced. There are many top quality doctors charging between 2-3 €/graft so I don’t think anyone would pay that price.

    Hi folks,

Sharing my experience with Dr. Turan and his team.

    Date of surgery: 19/04/23
    Age: 33
Meds: None but will start taking Fin & Min
    Norwood III
    Grafts: 2,839

Total cost: EUR 3,500 (standard package, where his team perform the extractions and Turan does all the implantation of grafts)

I won't go into too much detail about the whole day, as many others have covered it already. All I can say is that Dr. Turan and his team are exceptionally professional. The day ran like clockwork, from getting picked up at the hotel to the moment I was dropped off again in the evening. Their work ethic is commendable.

I initially started receding quite early, around 20yrs old, but it's been a slow progression since. I first started looking into transplants around early 2019, but due to covid and being locked in Australia for two years, I put off further research.

I did actually book in with a 'hair mill' and paid a deposit before conducting further research and realising that was a really bad idea. Then after spending weeks trawling through youtube, this forum, and some facebook groups I decided on Dr. Turan. Mainly because of his consistent results and highly positive reviews. I've heard that he typically has an 8-month waiting list but I guess I managed to get a cancellation because I booked in with just three weeks notice.

I would also like to thank everyone who has shared their experience on this site, it gave me a lot of confidence and reassurance to proceed with the surgery!

I'll aim to keep you all updated on my progress periodically.

Feel free to share your thoughts and ask any questions.

PS. Dr. Turan designed my hairline, which I asked him to adjust slightly lower, which he did. But he also informed me that any lower and the hairs would be sitting on muscle. I've always had a big forehead, even when I had a hairline! And in the pics right after surgery, it looks even bigger because of the swelling! 😅

Great choice of doctor. Dr yaman is an ethical surgeon in Turkey.

the work looks really clean. I’m sure you will be satisfied with eh final result.

Can you tell us the cost of the hair transplant ?

btw I think you should change the title of the thread and write the date, number of grafts and the doctor, so everyone can understand what’s this thread about.

    Hello,

I am looking for recommendations in Turkey for hair transplant. There are so many options in Google and some seem to have fake google reviews.

The doctors in Turkey you should consider are the following ones:

Turan, Gur, Yaman, Demirsoy, Pekiner, HLC, Bicer, Keser
